I am extremely dissatisfied with DHL's service. Despite providing them with the correct address and designating a package room, they failed to deliver my package to the right location. Furthermore, they are refusing to take responsibility for the lost package and are instead instructing me to follow up with their various partners and channels. The package was stolen after it was carelessly thrown on the roadside near the designated package room, even though DHL had access to the package delivery room. Now, they are attempting to evade responsibility by redirecting me from one department to another, claiming that it is not their responsibility to engage with other departments and channels.
