“There service is fantastic , we needed package delivered urgent from Belfast to France , and my daughter delivered it to there Depot Belfast before 6 lastnight , and unreal DHL had it delivered to our destination in South Off France by 1.15 French time today , well packaged and staff at Depit so friendly and helpful , lady year we also had a package delivered from them to us here , same fast effluent service and kept us updated both times , and very good charges , so well done DHL and thankyou all so much”
“If there was a -45 rating, I would have given that. They fleece you and don't deliver on time, don't tell you when it will be delivered and customers are left in the dark, even when we call their call centre, they are rude and ignorant. Worst courier company !”
“No integration and communication if your package is being delivered within Europe. I have a package on the way from Germany to Ireland and the only way to manage a delivery is to access their app which is only in German language or register an account on the website which will only accept German address. Once you register using an additional form because I am from Ireland, they will send me a link within a week to access my delivery. My package contains live aquarium plants and there is no update on the tracking after initial scanning 4 days ago. Please use UPS and avoid DHL if you want something delivered on time with the right tracking.”
“It would be zero stars if I could. They’ve been holding my package saying it’s scheduled for delivery for over a week. It was due for redelivery on 4/8 after lying about attempting to deliver it several days before. I want my package. The absolute worst delivery service ever!”
“I have been waiting for DHL to deliver a parcel. They mention they have tried to deliver it in an email (although I have no evidence of that). When I go to the website to have the parcel redirected to a service point, there is no function on the website. I have contacted their customer service by email and apparently they won't accept by email, I was told to call a number. In today's tech world this should be an easy win, however it's frustrating and the customer service is terrible.”
“DHL is so amateurish and inefficient and their communications are deceptive and essentially useless. We had a rug from Morocco which the seller insisted on using DHL. Our fears were born out. The rug sat in Cincinnati customs for over a week until we finally got DHL to explain what customs wanted. Yes, customs was being exceptionally difficult but DHL's inept communications and customer service just made it worse. Because of all the delays that DHL created, the rug became subject to the new Trump tariffs, costing us a great deal more. And then DHL charged us extra fees for handling the new duty payment from us. Horrible experience.”
“Stay well clear dealing with this crowd twice already delivered wrong item to wrong address as it clearly labeled with the right address. Phone customer service ? Don't even go there... complete waste if time”
“I am completely disgusted by the service I received from DHL Germany. I entrusted them with a 31.5 kg package containing my personal belongings — and they lost it. Not only did they fail to locate it after several weeks, but they also offered me a pathetic refund, far less than the actual value of things inside. They didn’t even have the courtesy to pay the standard €500 coverage (for uninsured shipments). This was also a domestic shipment!!
They simply told me the package is lost and that I should be satisfied with the amount refunded — without any transparency, accountability, or a real apology.
For a company that operates internationally and is supposed to represent trust and reliability, this experience has been deeply disappointing. It’s not just the financial loss, but the complete lack of responsibility and customer care that is shocking.
I will never use DHL again for any important shipments, and I urge others to be cautious. You might think your package is insured or safe — until it disappears and you’re left with nothing but frustration.”
“The door bell rang, I opened the door by the time I went downstairs from my apartment and see the driver already driving away.
Now I need to walk to a packet station 1km away to pick it up and the packages are big since I don't have car.”
“It's lots of hassle dealing with DHL. Unlike UPS, in order to make a payment you have to go to different site. They don't take PayPal that is another thing. They don't take duty payment on delivery time but they keep your shipment on hold and would send you notice at the end like you don't pay duty in 1 or 2 days we will return your shipment. I would rather go with other services who takes payment at doorsteps and I get my shipment on time.”
“The delivery days was longer than expected but the final outcome is acceptable to me. DHL has shown to me it's a world class carrier. I lost my waist handbag in Santorini in Uber taxi and honest taxi guy George helped to bring it to DHL's agent to airfreight to Istanbul to catch my cruise. Final outcome the package didn't arrive on time and we return to Hong Kong. For 30 days, the package was sitting in Istanbul's office without any action from the agent. Finally, contacted Greece MD and things started to move. I received my package after 47 days and started to file a claim for service failure. This case was taken over by Hong Kong office. Winnie Lau from DHL Express contacted me and has kept me updated in communicating internally. She called me after a week to offer settlement on the claim of airfreight refund. It took about 2 weeks to receive the check. I am impressed with the fast response from Hong Kong DHL office. We have good experience using DHL because of its reliability in sending packages to USA. We will continue to support this company and a lot has to do with their employees. During the 30 days waiting, I called up HKG DHL office every night to check on my package status. I am always received with friendly advices though they were unable to do anything because the package originate from Santorini. I believe I talked to quite a few employees during the night shift and probably everyone knows about my case. This is the reason I write this review. Employees who do an excellent job going the extra mile should be complimented!”

Dit is nu al de 5e x sinds vorig jaar dhl bezorgers ( niet allemaal) nemen hun baan niet serieus en dumpen het bellen niet aan okal ben je thuis of brengen het zomaar naar een dhl punt of brengen het pakket helemaal niet.
Dhl neem verantwoording i.p.v. aangeven bij de verzender het probleem te zoeken ben dhl zo zat!!”
