DHL is an amazing company. Doing a lot of things. Just failed in one task, delivering the packages. Waiting 20 days to deliver the package from warehouse (same city) to the parcel locker, 6km far from warehouse

Worst ever courier service. Does not keep to their promise. My courier is being held in customs overseas, but no reason is given to me. They promised an estimate delivery date. After paying and booking it the email comes with the next day estimated delivery date. Ok understand sometimes it happens. The day arrived and now they say it will take another 3 days. PATHETIC, UNRELIABLE, service.

The worst courier service ever. They expect you to sign a waiver if package is lost or damaged. Package is not delivered to address. The package is sent to USPS for delivery.

I truly wish the best for the dedicated employees of DHL, but best on their quality of service they should be out of business. If they go belly up, some consumers will have a little better peace of mind about shipping! Life is stressful as is and we don’t more of agonies from a useless company like DHL. What a shame! You have a better chance of winning lottery than getting an honest answer from them!?!?!

Worst service I’ve ever had. Drivers lied 3 different times about delivering. Said they had turned up but couldn’t gain access so had to reschedule which was a lie every single time as I was at home with the door unlocked waiting for them. What makes this even better is that you can’t even speak to a human to resolve your issue so your sat there waiting for nothing. If you have the option stay far away from this terrible service run by absolute empty heads

These people are totally unprofessional, they lose your parcel and there's no way to contact them because there is no telephone number in their website. And if you manage to find a telephone number on other site, you call them and all you get is a robotic voice telling you that your parcel was already delivered, goodbye. This is outrageous, I didn't sign anything, so therefore I haven't received yet, you thieves! And the online forms for lost parcel are a joke, they basically blame you and give you all the responsibility for losing the parcel.

DHL have managed to not deliver my parcel to my nominated pick up point despite it only being two miles away from the depot. They have notified me four times that the parcel is out for delivery and four times I have later in the day had a notification that it is back at the depot and will try again tomorrow

If I could rate them less that one star I would. They have the worst customer service imaginable that is not helpful for even the most basic enquiries. They damaged a package I shipped, completely ignoring the obvious handle with care sign on the box, placing very heavy objects on it and refusing to take responsibility for the damage caused to it's contents. The cost of their service is not cheap and for that reason I am extremely insulted by the the lack of care and lack of humility in the way they handled my situation. They as a company has gotten too big for it's britches and is taking advantage of that fact. I will not be using their services ever again. After years of consistently using their services, to this disgraceful experience, they are not worth anything more than a poor rating. You are better off using absolutely any other delivery services.

After waiting a week and dhl saying they tried to deliver four times (they did not come here once) I have had to contact the seller to ask them to get the item back and to resend it with a reputable company.

They put enough blocks before delivering the packet. In this process, they charged me 13 days of demurrage fees. Very bad customer care. They were not helpful at all to me, the customer. One star is too much actually.

Their tracking isn't updated online. They held my package with no reason, and it was very difficult to get someone on the phone.

The driver dumped a bucket of pee underneath the truck on our driveway. When I asked him what he just dumped he said liquids. It smells horrible. I can't believe you have these rude people working for you

Awful, terrible I’ve never seen a SLOWER currier. Service! Just love how they say how fast and expedited the are. Been waiting for some medication, yes medication for 7 days now!! Crazy. I see why they only have one star!

I payed for a package to be delivered door to door, $113 US dollars, I had to pickup it at their office 7 miles away. and supervisor wasn't willing to help me.

Entregaron el paquete en una casa distinta, llame a reportar y me dijeron que lo iban a buscar y ver que pasó, llame al día siguiente y no tenían respuesta y al final del día la respuesta fue que el paquete seguramente se iba a perder, pero que ellos pagaban por el problema. Y me puse a investigar por mi cuenta haber que pasó y encontré la dirección donde entregaron mi paquete por error y el dueño de la casa me dijo que nunca se comunicaron con el y que nunca fueron a recuperar el paquete y me tocó a mí recuperarlo , esta compañía es una M..........da grandisima no la vuelvo a usar aunque sea la ultima que quede y me encargaré de que las compañías que la usan para envíos no la usen mas.

Becarefull dont use this company for international service they take your money and your package never get the destination And nobody help you wit anything For sure you lose your money they don’t give refunds It’s a nightmare

This company could improve its service by going out of business. Its impossible to resolve any problems by using its chat. Allowing just one minute to type your problem is unworkable, don't even try to reach a live person. DHL is even worse than FedEx or UPS. If i find a company is using this so called service I will not do any business with them.
