“TRASH SERVICE. Had I known the vendor used DHL as a 3rd party transfer I would have kept scrolling!!! I paid for 2 day shipping.The ONLY reason I ordered this was to receive before I left the state for Christmas. The original vendor still says delivery today by USPS (obviously they are sh!t communicators with customers on BOTH sides) However, my mail has run and my package is still sitting UNPROCESSED at a PA location 6 hours away (as it has been for THREE DAYS)and is suddenly estimated to arrive 12/30. I have no access to the locker. When I asked a DHL representative for a code to access my package I paid for, I was told I would have to speak with the company from whom I ordered. Huh? “I read other peoples reviews and its like I am talking to myself. If there is more than one package coming from the same shipper the tracking does not work. You will receive multiple location notifications saying you package is in 2 different locations at the same time. You can track each box with its own tracking number but that does not work either. Try to contact a human at DHL and the AI gives you the finger.”

Hidden in their terms and conditions is essentially their right to lose your parcel without providing a clear explanation and offering minimal compensation. It's baffling how a company can handle a £1000 package in a bright yellow 20kg box, then misplace it with no trace. The only 'proof' of delivery is an obscure name typed out, with no explanation of where the parcel actually went.”
