Cuando veo el correo en Spam un mes después, me pongo en contacto con ustedes y pago el impuesto hasta ese momento todo ok
Dos semanas después o tres no recuerdo bien, me pongo yo en contacto con ustedes porque de nuevo no hay noticias del paquete y ahí me informa que está en subasta me dicen que yo debo de entrar en contacto con aduanas lo cual hago
Y lo más sorprende de todos, que las llamadas que recibí en varias ocasiones diciendo que deben de cerrar mi caso porque no pueden esperar. Que aduanas termine el proceso yo dije que no y la chica insistió bueno pues termine cediendo. Me sorprende mucho que cuando se quieren desligar dejándome en el proceso sola si encuentran mi número y me llaman 3 y 4 veces diciendo que no pueden seguir. Pero cuando vieron que yo no di respuesta al correo o luego de yo pagar el impuesto ahí si nadie entra en contacto con migo Y lo más sorprende es que se inventaron que SHEIN fue quien dijo que no se me entregue el paquete y cuando mandé las pruebas de que no fue así entonces me llaman y me explican que es porque no pueden esperar a los resultados de aduana?”
“This is the second consecutive time where the customer service is awful where I was asked to pay the exact cash by the deliverer since he had no change and my delivery was cancelled and I was asked to collect it in their branch which was 13 km away from my place . After going to the branch they again said if you want to pay by card you cannot use visa or master card.

“Very bad experience. Bad service. Sent a brand new iPhone from Germany to my son, who lives in Hungary in February. They took the parcel and gave a tracking number too. But since February till today, 2nd July the phone was not delivered. No one to speak to! No one to take responsibility! All they say is now, that the phone is lost or can't find the phone. How silly and irresponsible can they be? A lady named Kristina kept replying few mails. Saying there is no whereabouts of the phone. And in the beginning when contacted the call center they said it will be delivered soon. But later, she kept saying the parcel is found to be dangerous and can't find the phone any more.
