“I received a text today ...after a week after my order...telling me my parcel would arrived. I have been waiting all day long for absolutely nothing. No parcel at the end of the day.”
“My package was not delivered, did not receive a call or text message nor an email ( all contact info was on the way bill) on the day when I was at work leaves a message on phone with no call back number and leaves without delivering and no second attempt done or no info left at the door to pick up or sign to deliver at the neighbors. Very important paperwork now causing trouble for my travel. Very disappointed with DHL services. I will never recommend anyone to use their services.”
“DHL is the worst. Their chat is a joke. When I finally got a “live person”, they just repeated what the website said and didn’t address my concern that the package was late. Simply left the conversation. Then I tried the customer service number, also a bad joke. There is no option to talk to anyone and you just get the same blah blah repeated to you by an automated voice. Truly awful customer service.”

Then was notified bad shipping information.
I called and 20 minutes later go a live person in chat and also live person on phone.
They confirm all information was correct but will not deliver until the next day. They screw up and the customer still has to pay them for DHL Screwup.

“Worst company to ever deal with. They were supposed to delivery my two suitcases a small one and a larger one on the same day. They delivered the smaller one and said I was not home to deliver the second one. I got an email later that day saying it was ready for collection at the DHL point, but they did not specify which location. What a disaster that the product then got sent back to the seller without notifying me. The DHL customer service team is so slow at responding, that they sent it back a week later before they even investigated the issue. I had to repurchase a new one again and waiting on the refund for the other. Avoid avoid avoid DHL.”

“My order was sent EXPRESS NEXT DAY on 16 August. It should have been delivered 17 August 2024. It arrived at 6:45pm on Thursday 22 August. It was a gift for my grandson who has now already left to return to the USA.
How useless to be 5 days late. I paid for express. I hope to get a refund AND I will have to return the item to the supplier, so I would expect no charge for DHL to collect and courier the gift back to the supplier.”

NOONE answers the phone in Los Angeles . Someone at DHL in Arizona tried to help me . Interesting dynamic this company is externally and internally chaotic . I mistakenly thought a shipping company made money based on moving goods from point A to point B.”
