I was very disappointed I phone to check if the accommodation I was booking was OK for someone in a wheelchair I was told it was and I would have caravan with a ramp but no five very steep steps to front door she can walk a little bit but is very unsteady and has falls I phone and was told basically tough we not going to do anything very rude and unhelpful. Luckily we can just about managed but what would happen if we couldn't get her up the steps we would had to go home will not be booking with them again

Try and get a refund!, if you need to cancel and try and get your money back nothing you say really makes a diference without a fight none of the extra insurance you pay with them which they are happy to take from you makes a difference, i have been on to them for a whole week, i got a positive response by e mail after a week only to find when i rang up about that response nobody knew about it and could not do anything until this person was back to work and they did not know when. Was told to complete a cancellation form that cant be found anywhere on website. was told to stop babbling on as nothing more i say would make a difference by one agent Agents are polite but are limited to make decisions out of the terms and conditions script. Book with confidence is the company statement Should be we are confident to make it hard to get your money back if you ask. stressful week, Need a Holiday!!! looking at reviews on this site loads say easy to book, thats because they are taking your money. Its not easy for them to give it you back they make it very hard. UPDATE ON THE POSITIVE RESPONSE. Now informed that even though I have an e mail from an agent saying "WERE WILLING TO DO THIS AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE(the refund request i thought) i was able to get my money back, but after calling for the 9th time i was put onto a manager who said this was not the case only waiving admin costs!! Nothing in that email mentioned that, so I am back to square one. It's been very stressful and our break started today and it's still not cancelled . Absolute disgrace, payed extra £57 for enhanced cover This company scams money from you and hides behind terms and conditions and policy. NO flexibility. Read all the information before booking as they are crafty blinders! This company ate refusing to give back inflated insurance cover back.It was not used for our cancellation, and the manager at hoseasons told me i would get a refund for a pcr test that they insisted i took, they are refusing to refund, not even answering my e mails. THEY ARE A DODGY OPERATOR WATCH OUT DONT BOOK, THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AND WANT YOUR MONEY BACK DONT EVEN RESPOND WHEN YOU ADK FIR A SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE TO TALK TO YOU. ALL TO BUSY ON THE GOLF COURSE

Just on the point of leaving the house we receive a call saying the hot tub availability cancelled across all their lettings. How clever to inform customers at such short notice when the car is all packed and alternative arrangements are impossible to make.

I contacted them to explain call answered by very rude unenthusiastic can only describe as a child ..no luck so emailed complaints ..NO RESPONSE shameful change your policy to cover government and nhs guidelines and at least be honest and have the decency to reply ..Will not book with them again

Do not book through this company.. I booked using a low deposit and trying to cancel for a booking 6 months away. They are telling me I need to pay the remainder of the standard deposit to cancel. I feel absolutely ripped off!!

Do not book early with this company as they reduce their prices and unlike haven holidays you will not get the difference back, they are not customer centric with terrible customer service

Spring house country park boutique slayley, the worst place your hard earned money, static vans out dated you’ll be sent a picture of a certain static and you will end up staying in something different. We spent an evening in the lounge outside on the decking where rats was visibly running around bare in mind this place sells food. The park is old ruined and a dam site mess bins over flowing no help from none of the staff dogs running around wild leaving dog mess everywhere. They are no amenities near by and the on-site shop is either closed or dead expensive. tThey have no no WiFi and the site is a constant building site. Take this as you please but ask the owners they will all say they wish they never invested thousands of pounds on there holiday homes that are worth nothing now we could list problems endlessly take this as you wish I just hope you don’t make the same mistake we did.

Not pleasant experience was given a holiday from a charity had to ammend dates because it wasn't school holidays then they booked a holiday that I couldn't even get to after asking how far and how I would be able to travel to and want 270 on top of the travel grant that is the same cost of the whole holiday they shouldn't have booked in the first place been on the phone everyday trying to fix this big mess out and know nothing they can do apparently explained that no refund can be made I asked could it be given to a family that can get there and they said no me and my children have never been on holiday or a break and my oldest is 10 I feel like I have let down the charity and deprived a family of £500 holiday it hurts that I had to break my children's hearts I only wanted to go to the beach with them being chronicle ill I dont get anywhere so was like a little dream come true thought it would be somewhere like blackpool/Southport or Wales not coast of york please check before they book anything wish they would have gone through it all properly but they didn't

We have had many holidays with Hoseasons over the years and would have always recommended them. This year we were advised to book early because holidays in the UK were in high demand. We are due to go on a holiday in 7 weeks time and have noticed that this holiday has now been reduced by nearly £200. We feel we have been ripped off by Hoseasons and in future will never book early again. We are used to holidays going up and down by £20 - £50 but have never seen a holiday go down by this much. Where is the incentive for customers to book early. Also you cannot ammend your booking after you have paid for your holiday which is 10 weeks before you go.

I was roped in with a nice glossy ad last year to reserve a static caravan holiday for an attractive deposit of just over £70. The holiday was going to be in August in Devon for the typically over inflated price of just over £1200 for 2 weeks. As many families including my own become further squeezed and concerned by out of control cost of living expenses I made a call to cancel the holiday as it was no longer an affordable luxury. My message is before you get wrapped up in attractive glossy ads THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATE IN SECTION 10 CANCELLATION TABLE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU CANCEL. ok I hear you say? NO, IN ANOTHER SECTION AWAY FROM THIS TABLE THE T&C'S SAY THAT THE STANDARD AND NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS 20% OF YOUR TOTAL HOLIDAY COST. I have had numerous conversations with their customer services and with many emails back and fourth plus a public review from me on Facebook I can tell you that Hoseasons do not care and will not listen with any empathy, they are only interested in grabbing your hard earned cash without any regard to your circumstances for needing to cancel. Think long and very hard before you book. I wish I never heard the name Hoseasons. Thanks for reading.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I needed to cancel the booking as my dad has died. I am left with thousands of pounds worth of debt and funeral costs. I was due to go on 4th June but I cant go anymore due to being off sick from work and grieving. I am depressed and have very horrible thoughts. but they dont care. Its not their problem. Its mine. I called hoseasons to cancel as I received no booking confirmation, there was an issue finding my booking on their side too. I'm not angry with the guy that was trying to help. I'm angry with his manager and their processes. The deposit amount taken at booking was £25 which is what the lady told me was when I booked it.. She said the full amount was due on 26th March. I have not been sent their terms and conditions at any point! Even now. So when i called to cancel. I am now in a hysterical state because hoseasons wanted a further 75 pounds to cancel the booking! Why? They are money sucking bankers. This would of been my first visit to a hoseasons but i will never book with them again. I dont like caravans but I would of gone for my dad. I cannot believe how heartless they are. Karma is a girl dog. When someone you love and adore dies and you can't make it. Do not expect anything but a cold heartless process. Hoseasons you make me sick!

!!!DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HOSEASONS!!! - My sister booked a weekend break at home park farm through hoseasons for  her and husband, tragically 9 days before the arrival date my sisters husband suffered a blood clot on the brain which nearly killed him due to covid. When my sister rang 6 days before the arrival date to explain the situation of why they could no longer attend, the only thing hoeseasons were interested in was "company policy". My sister explain that her husband can no longer use the right side of his body, and is blind, but as I mentioned all that was said was that she would recieved a £20 refund out of £470 due to "company policy" , and that the policy does not take compassion into account. My sister and husband are not a well off family so as a treat for her husbands birthday she had saved up all year for this weekend away. In the end as hoeseasons only planned to rob her, I (her brother) , gave my sister her money back so that me and my partner could attend instead. Please note, this is nothing against home farm park, it is a lovely place to stay.

Daylight robbery springs to mind!! I booked a holiday under the "low deposit scheme" at the time I didn't know this was a "scheme" I paid a deposit but had to cancel literally days later due to getting the term dates from my sons school and realising he wasn't off that week!!! I spoke to a woman in customer service who was rude, snappy, talked over me & quite frankly didn't care. So much for customer service! Now if they had said your deposit won't be refunded, I would have been fine with that. Despite giving over 3 months notice they sent me a court claim asking for the rest of the deposit £124.40 and a further £35 for court fees. Fair to say I will never book with this company ever again! They own cottages.com and Hoeseasons. My mum books 2 to 3 holidays a year with them , not any more. Parents at school also book with them, not any more. I am a single parent, working part time & have also been hit with COVID meaning I had to take a month off work for me and my son. They don't pride themselves on family values and I hope they're run into the ground for what they put family's through!!!!

Booking Reference 25067333 This is an update on previous review. 1. Book only if you are 100% sure, which, by the way does not exist. 2. No refund once they have taken your money. Just like gambling 3 They tell you sorry so many times, it annoys you because you know they are patronising. 4. There are other beautiful holiday areas in the UK with better services at an affordable price. 5. Do the necessary and give yourself and loved ones memorable stress-free holiday. I am reviewing from personal experience, do not waste your time and money with Hoseasons. Many thanks.

Booked for myself my 2 year old and newborn to go away - upon arrival hoseasons hadn’t booked our accommodation - been trying to contact them for over a month and they’re refusing to refund despite them not sending out booking and the resort having to put us up in a log cabin nothing like what we booked - couldn’t use facilities as no booking was made. Will never use these idiots ever again, all agents lack compassion or any want to assist - they treat us all like we just want money from them, when in essence we didn’t get what we paid for so a refund is due.

I took out insurance for my holiday. My dog is getting operated on today for a torn cruciate ligament and this isn't covered by insurance. She's to be caged for 2 months. Very unhappy about this considering I've been going to their site for years.

Booking Reference 25067333 Though very easy and straightforward to book a holiday with Hoseasons. Suppose you need to cancel your holiday for a genuine reason, then you will realise how ruthless they could be. I am an NHS worker and wanted to relax with my family after working hard on the covid +ve ward. However, Hoseasons has claimed the reward for my risk and hard work without offering a refund. I needed to cancel my planned holiday with Hoseasons because I am starting a training lasting 2 years. I booked the holiday on the 8th of January 2022 and immediately cancelled with Hoseasons, informing them of my planned training yesterday, the 27/01/22. I booked the holiday for August 2022. To my surprise and astonishment, Hoseasons declined a refund claiming I did not tick a box for insurance. Indeed, 7 months is more than enough for Hoseasons to find an alternative holiday family. The rigidity of their one-for-all response is a fraudulent practice and not acceptable. I am using a free resolving team called Resolver to help claim my refund. I will keep updating this site as I go along with the case. Please, also write on TrustPilot to warn others of this organisation's fraudulent ways.

Due to an emergency had to cancel the booking made 4 days ago the customer service refused to cancel or change the booking. The customer service advised that the cancellation fee is 90% off the booking. Useless customer service. Do not waste your time and money with this rubbish booking company.
