Order due last week. Still in processing. Sent emails don't get a answer if they will at least be here for Christmas. Used twitter still no reply. Avoid at all costs. Items now unavailable to buy anywhere else. Wouldn't mind if they were honest but just completely ignoring all communication.

Ordered 6-7 weeks ago and still waiting on my order. I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic. But after communicating with them, they still haven’t promised it will be here in time for Xmas. Won’t be ordering again from them.

Put your money in a pile, set it alight and hope the smoke turns into a genie which you can then ask to magic your gifts into reality. This is more likely to work than ordering from IWOOT

I ordered a switch from this company around the 2nd of December, I didn't hear anything for a few days so I emailed them about this and they got back to me real fast then I had an email saying estimated delivery would be 7th - 8th December. We are now on the 11th and I've not received anything yet and all of a sudden they aren't answering my emails now and no contact number for them either I will never order from these again!

I never received my order, so you're probably wonder why the 4 stars?? Well, I contacted CS through their website and they CS was great for me. I followed all the instructions for not receiving my package listed in their FAQ. They always got back to me within 48 hours and eventually refunded my order. I think with everything going on, a little understanding and a little patience goes a long way.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with, took money for a present then after a week emailed to say they didn’t have any and didn’t know when they would. Impossible to contact and when you do they ignore it. Eventually contacted on Twitter but their ‘customer services’ just delay any action and string you along with minor requests sent 24hrs apart. I’ve still not had a refund two weeks on. Do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting company don't order from them! Ordered my partners main present from here had an email from them to say couldnt be delivered as nobody was in however I was in all day then a seperate email saying my address couldn't be found!! Trying to blame hermes when hermes have delivered d to me for years!!! Can't contact hermes as have no tracking number and these guys have no way of contacting them!!! So now I need to spend another 50 pound on his present from a more trust worthy site!!

Zero stars was not possible!!! I’ve only gave 1 star because I had to give something but even that is being generous. Ordered on 28/11/2020, still not received order have contacted a couple of times by email. In the latest communication was told that it was in the dispatch process 2 days since that email and it still has not been dispatched. I have given plenty of opportunity to rectify problem and asked both times for an actual dispatch date to receive a generic email that avoids answering my question. There is a simple solution send my goods or give a refund. I’m contacting my bank tomorrow to start chargeback proceedings...so if you are considering buying from this company best advice I could give to you is DON’T BOTHER.

Left a review on Trust Pilot. All reviews shocking. IWWOT replied saying they would like to sort it out but haven't. Told me I could contact Customer Services - you can't. Told me I could do Live chat you can't. I want my order or a refund. How do I get either? My 3 grandsons will be disappointed this Christmas!!! No present!

These guys are sketchy to deal with. Avoid at all cost. Ordered two items and only received one. Been chasing customer services for over a month and they keep closing my case. Really shady operation. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered prints and a door mat 5 WEEKS AGO and i am still waiting for my order. IWOOT state 2-3 days for standard delivery this is cleary untrue. Customer services are absolutely rubbish and just send scripted answers 'we are working around the clock' 'we have every intention of fulfilling your order ASAP' 'we cant give dispatch date' etc etc etc. The company are still advertising the same delivery times and its completely misleading and unfair to consumers. I would not recommend this company.

As per several reviews placed order advised dispatch within 2 days, 10 days later still in processing with automated standard emails from customer service. Going to have to look at alternative Christmas present as this was being sent on to someone. Wish I'd read these reviews...

4 weeks on from ordering, can’t speak with anyone apart from email via Facebook. Lame excuses, still fighting to get some of my ‘in stock and ready to go’ items! They blame HERMES delivery but it’s actually not Hermes fault! Just buy elsewhere. I will never ever use this company ever again.

Absolutely useless. Do not use them. I ordered a gift on 11 November which was supposed to be delivered "5-7 days later". I am still waiting! Have tried to cancel the order and they said they would try to refund me but couldn't guarantee to as my order was possibly in dispatch. But accessing my account it is still "processing". Is review as I haven't received it and there is no way to complete the questions.

Do not bother ordering from this company. Ordered on the 17th Nov. Had a dispatch email and tracking number, except the tracking says they are still awaiting the parcel from IWOOT. IWOOT says it’s dispatched. Fair enough, might be an error. This is where the issues occur: It’s nearly impossible to contact their customer services team. No phone number on the website just a simple contact form. Replies from the contact form are from a no reply address, so you cannot respond or answer any questions. So when I log an issue explaining my problem, they reply back saying it’s dispatched and to check tracking. They don’t want to hear the issue and won’t let you respond back to say it hasn’t been dispatched! Things go wrong I get that. But I simply cannot recommend ordering from a company that has zero intention of offering support or assistance when there is an issue. Almost to the point of deliberately making it difficult to contact them.

Ordered gifts 6 weeks ago , still no delivery confirmation. Everytime I got in touch they kept saying coming next week it’s in stock but dispatch issue ..., it was until I wrote review someone for in touch with me to say they are working on with highest priority. A week later I still have no dispatch confirmation. Items refunded but I’ll never know if I am going to receive these items. Such a shame - very poor customer service and poor communication with operations team. How an item is in stock for 6 weeks but not dispatched is a bit mind blowing. Please do not order from here is you are expecting delivery within 6 weeks

I was a bit skeptical reading reviews after placing my order but I have to say the Lego set (lowest price online) arrived with no issues. The delivery took seven days from placing the order online, perhaps longer than I would have expected but not terrible at the end of November to Scotland. Communication was neither up nor down and overall I'm happy with the purchase which arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered an item that was 'in stock' 2 weeks ago I contacted them to ask where it was, they explained they had a mix up on orders and will arrive in a week, low and behold no item, contacted them again and it would be another month before I would receive it. Cancelled the item straight away as they are quick enough to take the money off you without the products, be aware of this website, awaiting refund still.

Wish i had read all this before I ordered! First parcel I received was soaked in fluids that smelt like petrol, next one came complete with foot print where it was stood on. Third package came over two months late smashed into a dozen pieces. Shockingly bad communication billed for products two months before they were received. This company will not last long. AVOID!

I placed my order with iwoot and then read the reviews online, I am happy to say they goods arrived in time and in perfect condition. I live in London and we are currently on lockdown due this did not have an impact on the delivery time, the only downfall if the amount of emails I received afterwards but I have since unsubscribed to the website. I will definitely buy from this company again. Thanks you
