“The actually delivery was fine but for some unknown reason you have decided that I am the recipient of the previous parcel I sent, to the US, despite my details being correctly entered when I booked the delivery. This would have caused major problems had the parcel been lost and I had needed to make a claim for it.”

“Booked 31/3 at 2pm they advised would pick up same afternoon till 6pm. Didn’t turn up so rebooked for following day. They duly turned up at 10.15 1/4 very nice UPS driver who kindly waited while I printed off 3 customs declaration forms as no mention of needing these on website. Parcel was delivered in Cyprus 5/4, a day earlier than stated. Pleased with the service, just pricey.”
