“For me in the UK this was perfect.
But for my colleague in the Netherlands the driver did not ring the doorbell and just posted through the letter box this is not what i expected from a delivery this was supposed to be signed for these were important compnay documents”
“Nice and speedy. But tucking the parcel behind the water but in the garden wasn’t the best idea. Why not take a quick photo and show the recipient where it is!”
“Quite decent service ( lookin at previous couriers ) package arrived with a bit of damage to one of the corners package had 4 layers of bubble wrap plus padding ( not repairable) but is should have been a 2 man deliver not 1 lady to struggle with the size and weight.
She did amazing but for this package there should have been someone to help .”
“The process was quick and simple with parcel hero who were very efficient.
They were let down a bit by DHL who did not seem to know what they needed to do.
After a couple of phone calls to them I explained that parcel hero had done the paperwork and forwarded the notification to them with the tracking number.
I did try to get a resolution from parcel hero but no success.
Anyway my parcels were picked up and delivered on time and to the correct address.
The communication between the two companies seemed not to exist beyond the order to collect .
The process was very cost effective.

“DHLservice was super quick from HK to UK with overnight delivery. However UK to HK package with TNT/ UPS after three days is still awaiting pick up. We had to chase the courier and inform them of the order. I’m not sure this parcel will get to me. Parcel hero contact us for help page is very straightforward so hoping for some help.”
“Good price Collected and delivered as promised but the biggest problem is there is no way of contactin Hermes if there is a problem I would not use them for anything valuable or important”
