“Last year I sent a package I entered the details correctly. It was collected from my house, then reappeared delivered back to me.. Parcel hero were no help and blamed me so I lost a large parcel fee. Incidently I have just recently booked a collection from Bournemouth a package with them to use parcel force.. It was to be collected yesterday.. When I checked the tracking it it stated location as my address awaiting to be collected.. So I managed to cancel through parcel hero awaiting a refund minus a £9 fee for administration.. But wait folks....hey the collection and delivery address was correct on the receipt given for refund so who's making mistakes it's not me.. I screenshot everything so I will persue this fraudulent behavior as a matter of fact.. Avoid parcel hero is my recommended feedback”
“Avoid at all costs! The company are fraudulent and will take money from you without any authorisation at all, once you have provided your credit / debit cards online.
They need to be investigated by the police / trading standards for what is blatant theft and exploitation”

This should be illegal, they dont even give notice and the excuse is 'adjustment charge'!!! They dont even know what its for. Buyer beware if this companys sales are down they just charge you to pick up their sales. No company should be allowed to hold your card details on file for so long.”
“Yet again this useless company took my booking, stipulating my package would be collected the next day and it wasn’t. I paid £8.08 and cancelled as they had not fulfilled their obligations and they refunded £2.08!
