“Having paid around £35 for a next day pick up, no courier arrived to collect the package. I contacted ParcelHero who could provide no update on why or when/if they would collect. I was told I could not "rebook" the pick up as the courier may not bring a label so to cancel and start again. The original refund would then take 7 days and worse still they charged £6 fee to cancel a service which they did not provide. Total scam. Book directly with UPS, Parcel Force or another courier service as ParcelHero are a pointless middleman with no ability to see in their system why the package was not collected. They just charge an extra fee for nothing. Shocking all round.”

“I placed my order at 9am and the courier arrived at 10am the same day to pick up the parcels. It left the UK on Wednesday and arrived on Friday in Hong Kong, days earlier than scheduled. I did have to pay twice as the system took my money initially but didn’t confirm the booking, so I had to pay again and the booking was confirmed. However I sent a message to sort this out and have already had a response saying they are looking into it. Would give 5 stars but haven’t had my money return yet.”
“Parcel ‘Hero’ my foot!! They are FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!!! If I could rate them minus 5 stars, I would! They request reviews immediately after collecting your item, and 4-5 weeks later, they claim an audit has taken place and send you silly messages about your parcel being heavier or not fitting the dimensions you stated. They ask for ‘evidence’ well over a month after - knowing fully well the items you sent will have been opened and disbursed!! In my case, the dimensions I supplied were taken by the Post Office and verified by myself! They eventually help themselves to extra money from your bank - as the details you paid with are still in their possession!! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT THEY ARE!!!”
“Last year used parcel hero and all went smoothly. Recently arranged and paid for a collection nobody turned up, arranged and paid for a second collection for the same item as it was urgent still nobody turned up and then had to pay £6.00 on each booking to cancel - disgusting service and not being able to speak to anyone will not be using again”
