I placed my order at 9am and the courier arrived at 10am the same day to pick up the parcels. It left the UK on Wednesday and arrived on Friday in Hong Kong, days earlier than scheduled. I did have to pay twice as the system took my money initially but didn’t confirm the booking, so I had to pay again and the booking was confirmed. However I sent a message to sort this out and have already had a response saying they are looking into it. Would give 5 stars but haven’t had my money return yet.
