“I had to ship a legal document to the USA and the realtor package label did not work as needed a UK account FedEx direct website would not let me create an account at all neither would UPS so searched ParcelHero and it gave me a clear price, clear instructions as to whether my document was being collected or I had to drop off. Carrier was DHL who collected within 3 hours and even placed standard envelope into a mailing bag to protect the contents
Was able to track the letter leaving the UK and arriving in the USA and could see the front desk had signed for it still waiting for realtor to confirm they have it!!!!

“I would give it 0 star if I could. The delivery driver literally drove by my house instead of coming to collect a parcel and even though I was annoyed I allowed a rebooking for the next day to happen and then after a no show again I find out parcel hero never scheduled the rebook even though they told me they did. And then when it came to a refund I didn't get the full amount and got no help or assistance from their email staff”

“Courier didn’t turn up. I had to take the parcel to uPS next morning myself. Courier turned up next afternoon. This meant parcel arrived on Monday rather than Friday…. Not good.”
“Never experienced such a bad delivery service. I ordered next day delivey so doesn't require a genius to figure out the urgency. They did not turn up at all to pick up the parcel, did not send out any communication, impossible to contact them, then the following day they send out an email confirming they delivered the parcel. While they never even picked it up!!! When I cancelled the service it says cancellation of service costs 6 pounds! AVOID this rubbish scam company.”
