“While the prices were higher than the last time I had visited, it was worth it. The clothing selection was wider, fit better to my body type, and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a very polite lady help me at the changing rooms, but I unfortunately hadn't gotten her name. I also had a very lovely cashier named Chris, who was very energetic and overall looked like he genuinely enjoyed his job. It brought a smile to my face and made my experience so much better at the primark in Queensgate, Peterborough.”
“I wanted to exchange an item. Unfortunately i can't find the receipt anywhere but found the transaction on my bank statement. That wasn't good enough, only receipt will do, which is so annoying. I just want to exchange one of the swimming costumes i bought as this one is a bit baggy. Its really put me off Primark”
