No instructions on garage ticket to take it with you since you need the barcode to get back into the garage. Then you need to scan the ticket in your phone as a second entry to show that you paid for tickets. No instructions on this whole process whatsoever and very disappointing. Used another Garage on a past show at the same theater and had no problems at all.”

“Stub hub made the process very easy, paid for my tickets and received them very quickly afterwards. In addition to tickets I purchased a parking pass. I never received the parking pass from the seller. I called customer service the day after the show to report that I never received the parking pass. Customer service was very apologetic and helpful. They sent me updates as they researched my claim, and was notified 3 days later that I would receive a refund. They made good on their guarantee. Thanks for everything”
