“Well as the event got closer ands I had not yet received my ticket I received a message to confirm receipt. Once I submitted that I hadn’t received my tickets, my issue was quickly resolved.”
“We bought Eagles Concert tickets for Global Life Field in TX and purchased the "Parking" tickets as well. The parking is a pure SCAM. When we arrived at the venue we found that we were not parking in the GL Parking areas and the "Pass" was for the Sleep Inn Hotel that was 1.6 miles away. This is a total misrepresentation of what we purchased and were refused a refund. I will never again use StubHub!”
