“We discovered we did not purchase a parking pass for the Hollywood Bowl Beach Boys Concert July 2 the moment we left for the concert. On the way to the Bowl we had no idea what we were in for. So we googled and found StubHub. We were able to find a parking spot in the lot we searched prior from the venue that indicated sold out. Our purchase and receipt of parking pass was quick, painless (less than the venue charged), and easy. We definitely recommend StubHub! Thank you StubHub!”
“We bought 2 tickets to a World Cup game in our hometown. The process at Stubhub was pretty smooth and well communicated, but the FIFA app turned out to be horrible and very frustrating to use. We only got the account set up on FIFA's app after 10 verification code tries, and then some more frustrating experience before we finally got the tickets. Thankfully, Stubhub's guidance through the process was very helpful.”
“We purchased tickets to 3 World Cup games in Houston through StubHub and each time everything went smoothly. Tickets were transferred properly, securely, and exactly as we paid for.”
“The process was as advertised. I did have some anxiety around the actual e-delivery of passes the day of the vent, especially considering the expense, but everything worked like it was supposed to and my tickets were activated as promised.”
“I made it a great time. But it could have a been terrible if I let the partial view that wasn’t described when I bought the ticket bothered me. I didn’t find out until after I bought the ticket.”
“We had purchased tickets for the LA Angels game at 11:00 am through Ticketmaster and received a confirmation and our card was charged etc. However, by 2:00 pm they contacted us and cancelled our tickets claiming they were no longer available. They didn't offer any support and just stated we would see a refund later on. Fortunately, we contacted Stubhub and they found us great seats and sent our official tickets within 30 minutes. We had a great experience and Stubhub will have our business moving forward. Thank you!!!!!”
