“I entered the venue but unfortunately the actual seat I purchased would not sync and allow me entrance to my seat location. I was issued an “extra” ticket at venue box office and was happy to participate in different section entirely.”
“The venue was great. Tickets bought were what was expected. However, I overpaid for exclusive parking. Paid $87 through stub hub thinking it would be nice. At the hotel, according to the instructions, valet will take your car give a ticket and retrieve once ethe event ended. The valet stated he knew nothing, go park it myself and when you leave call the valet service and we'll let you out. I should have parked and paid the rate on other lots. lot cheaper and i would still park my own car. Never use the parking again through stub hub.”
