“When ordering my ticket, I was able to choose the row closer to the stage (Row 2 in the section), but when i got to the stadium, I realized it was the second last row in the section. I'm not sure if I didn't look at it close enough when I was purchasing the ticket, but I was slightly disappointed when I was so high up, since the section was in the nose bleed. Luckily, I had plenty of room to my left that I could utilize with people to my right, and no one in front of me, so I had a pretty clear and good view of the stage and concert. My only complaint was the confusion of the row within the section.”
“Have been waiting over 2 weeks after selling my tickets to get paid. Even after they gave me a date that I should expect my payment. And that date has passed. $600 of my money is tied up with them. And it has been for weeks, and they can't give me a date when I should expect the money that I earned by selling my tickets. Their customer service is horrible and couldn't help me at all.”

“I bought Toronto Coldplay tickets for Mon July 7, 2025 for a family Birthday gift & received tickets for Sat July 12, 2025. I repeatedly called Stubhub complaining but their computer system & customer service is terrible. I was told the concert date had changed & to go on the July 7 date even though the tickets didn't match, then another call to go on the July 12 date. I begged for a refund repeatedly as I am not driving 2 hours each way to concert to be turned away on the wrong date. No one could provide a clear answer. After many calls & escalations with no result, a couple days before the concert when I was so upset they finally gave me instructions to return the tickets with no promise of refund. I will never buy from stubhub again.”
