Only little problem is that i purchased tickets 1 week before the event and the tickets didn’t arrive until the day before the event which was just a little stressful , but the tickets came in time and they were real”
“Buying tickets was simple and intuitive. I received value for price. Purchasing the parking pass was problematic, however. I did not receive the QR code on my phone but rather received a separate email with a pdf of the code. The pdf was slightly blurred and could not be scanned properly at the lot making for an unpleasant experience.”
“Had a great time. Only problem was I had to download the lions app. Tickets in my apple wallet had no scanning on it.
Other than that, no problems.
Parking garage was easy as I got a scanner on my phone to get in. Will use stub hub again as long as the prices don’t get out of control”
“Ultimately, everything was fine. But the passes were in paper form and had to be delivered by FedEx. Initially, correspondence indicated that I would not receive the passes until Saturday, which was Gameday. That could have been a problem because Philadelphia could be a five-hour drive to State College. Ultimately, the tickets arrived on Friday but the scheduled delivery on Saturday caused considerable angst.”
“It was my first time buying tickets from stub hub. Purchasing them was easy. I did not like that the seller doesn't have to send you the tickets until three hours before the show. It made me nervous. They came the day before. But really when you pay for the tickets you should receive the tickets then. Fortunately everything went smoothly. The show was amazing.”
“I was happy to have purchased tickets for Addison Rae concert for my daughter and her bestie as a birthday gift back in June, but didn't receive the tickets until day before the concert when they were driving 8 hours home from college to attend. This made me feel quite uneasy not getting the tix until the day before the concert with them driving so far, but thank goodness, it was a success. Otherwise, communication was great! Even when I asked a question, there was a quick response.”
“Great concert! I was super excited to attend the B-52s/Devo concert. The crowd was energetic and the performances were worth the travel to Toronto. My only complaint, is the convenience fee charged for each ticket is a bit high, but, that is something that will never go away. Ticket purchase was easy and convenient.”
“Everything was smooth until it was time to pull up the tickets for game day. That part was confusing and frustrating. I had a stadium employee help. Everything else was good.”
