“First time using this website. I bought random tickets for Sydney Qudos Sun 19 Feb 2025. Surprisingly best seats ever (Sec 20-KK- 433/434 on the aisle) and my daughter got an unexpected hi-five and compliment from DRAKE when he left the stage and came up the stairs. Drake utilised the whole racetrack stage. Added bonus was PARTYNEXTDOOR. I would of given 5 stars but the added Fees and Vat was quite an excessive charge.”

Fees and taxes add a significant % to overall cost. Also ticket prices for same seat not the same across platforms. In this case stubhub price was less than ticketmaster”

“This company is a total scam. We bought tickets for the LA philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl . Could not down load tickets. Called customer service and no help at all. As no tickets received was unable to resell. Eventually had to go in person to the Bowl and buy tickets. Stubhub never refunded the original tickets and therefore we lost $526.00. Never use this company they are complete scam and shouldn't be allowed to do business.”
