“The ticket purchasing experience was good, however, the AXS app does not allow for a printed paper ticket. I had to purchase an e-sim for my phone to work on an American network so I could access my tickets.”
“Stub hub makes it very easy to sell and buy tickets. The only problem we faced is the tickets we got had an obstructed view and that was not shown when purchasing. We wish we would have bought another section or ticket selection.”
“I got the seats I wanted for a price I could afford, and I had no problems getting in with my tickets. Purchasing was straightforward. It always makes me a little antsy to have to wait for ticket transfer with no indication of when it will happen, but so far, I have not had any issues with tickets not being delivered on time. I think it would significantly improve the user experience if the ticket transfer window was set to close a few days before the event, rather than leaving it open until the day of the event.”

“Overall, a very good experience. It was easy to purchase the tickets, and I received them the following day, and 3 days before the event. However, the StubHub confirmation email said that I could receive the tickets on the day of the event. It would be helpful in the future to know that the tickets would be delivered sooner than the day of the event because I needed to travel a long distance to get to the venue. I would rather not wait until the day of the event before finding out there may be an issue. Otherwise, I would have given the experience 5 stars.”
“The seats were great but the added on fees to buy this location for 3 games were crazy. Being a season ticket holder for 15-20 yrs years in Scottsdale and SF it’s difficult to accept”
“After an error with the order and transfer on a 2 day, 2 ticket order (we only got 1 night, SH found us alternative tickets. We were able to catch the 2nd half of night 1 (it took a while to get things resolved), and all of night 2. It would be 5 stars if it was faster service. Thank you.”
