“I was able to procure very good seats for the event and was pleased with the ease of purchase. I initially had 6 seats and ended up turning in 3 for resale to stub hub. This went well to regain some of my initial expenses although I thought the numerous updates on price rise/ falls was a bit unnecessary. I ended up selling my 3 resells which was nice despite the drop in price.”

“I got parking passes in addition to tickets for the event. My parking pass didn't have a QR code. Luckily there were some people at the parking garage who attended the concrrt who were at the entrance. They had to call a number to get back into the garage. And luckily, somehow, we were able to exit the garage with our cars. God knows what would have happened if no one else was there.”

It's a 50/50, you never know if the ticket is actually legit (even avoiding pdf print-at-home), but the team was amazing!

“I use Stubhub often to buy concert tickets because I can’t get them at time of concert release. I’ve never had an issue at the venue. My tickets have been legit. Sometimes a minor issue with downloading the tickets but Stubhub support gave instructions so I know what to do now if an issue arises again. The VAT and Tax added to ticket price is a bit pricey. It can be a bit annoying if the Section and Row is not advertised and it says lower tier because I want to be able to at least see if it’s worth paying a little more for a ticket or don’t go based on seating. I give Stubhub more like 4.5 stars.”
