“Nice to be able to get tickets to a high-demand event. My only complaint is that the seats for my family were listed as being together, but were actually not together. Luckily, the people next to us were kind and swapped seats with us, but it was annoying to have to manage that at all.”
“Stub hub was good, but 1 of the 3 seats that I purchased (the middle of the 3) was directly under a spot where the tent covering leaked & it rained pretty hard that night. So that seat was soaking wet & dripped on the head of the person sitting in it! Fortunately, the show had not sold out so we were able to find other seating. ALSO, the day of the concert, tickets were being sold at 1/2 price because the venue was not sold out (That was quite upsetting since we paid full price). Finally, the venue was strict about the size of the purse/handbag that people could carry in... mine was too big & I had to go leave it in my car...having that information ahead of time would have been helpful! (I did check the info with the venue online & there was no mention of it there either!)”
“Other than getting beat parking passes that I had to get refunded. John Mulaney was great! Amazing show. I loved how he called out the typical Philly people getting up and moving around during the show like it was a Phillies game and they were going for hot dogs. He continues to be one of my favorite comedians and did not disappoint”
“Purchase was easy and price was reasonable. However, we had problems transferring one of the tickets to someone that was joining us later. The software transferred the ticket ok but only left us one of our other three tickets on the phone for scanning. Had to straighten out at the box office, where I met another StubHub buyer who encountered the exact same problem”
“Buying a parking pass was ok (not great) online. I usually go through a parking app such as Spot Hero. Stubhub had more available 6 days before the event. Tickets were not available when I entered the garage. App said seller has not transferred yet. The attendant let me in when I showed him the order. The parking was quite away from the event. Not a few minutes as stated. Also, I arrived at the event a bit over 1 and a half hours before the event and the parking garage was full. It took over a half hour to find a spot. An attendant had to find me a spot. He took my keys as the only spot left was blocking in another vehicle. The attendant was great and was there when the event was over. Good thing as my car was not where I parked.”
“After waiting months to see Hozier, I found ticket near the front of the stage for such a decent price the day before! The ticket had no hidden fees and I received it through TicketMaster within 10 minutes of ordering. I had no hassle at the stadium. Only recommendation is for tickets at the Hersheypark Stadium to say parking is included. The app tried to sell me a $60 parking pass, but from experience I knew that there was free parking included with my ticket.”
“It was nerve-wracking having to wait the day of the concert for the tickets and there wasn't a way to transfer them (at least not that I saw). But the tickets came and I had a great time :)”
“It was easy as pie to park and walk to Allegiant Stadium for the game, but the registration was a little confusing. It showed another offer to park in a different lot, and the fee was charged in the same email as the parking pass already purchased permit. The time to park was even more confusing. Once the pass is purchased, a receipt should be received to verify the purchase, and the code for the entry ticket to the parking lot.”
