“The ticketing process was good. The only problem I had was we had floor seats and it was supposed to include parking. When we got to the venue, they said we had to pay for parking because the seller never sent the parking pass. We ended up paying $40 to park the car because I did not want the hold up.”

Is that normal practice? I was then offered tickets with an obscured view which is not acceptable for a ballet performance. I declined that offer.
