“The event tickets were readily available via the app and we had no problems entering the venue. However, I also purchased a ticket for parking that did not work. We arrived at the garage approximately one hour before the game started, and the app said the parking pass was expired. The lot was also further away than we expected, so we chose to park in a lot closer to the venue since our parking pass was showing as expired. Definitely will not purchase parking through the app again.”
