“StubHub in years past, has been a mixed bag when it comes to purchasing tickets… However, for once I was able to have a very streamlined experience I love the payment options the confirmation emails and the fees transparency upfront.
I no longer get that” sticker shock “ some artists are worth it to pay more others not so much.”
“The price was great. Second time I have used stubhub for tickets. It was easy on the site to see what seats were available and were I would be sitting. This time I had to get onto a different app to get my tickets and there it said I had to wait until the day of to see the tickets and I could not upload to my apple wallet even though it said I could. This was a bit stressful waiting to make sure they came through. Last time was a bit better instruction and I was able to see the tickets before.”
“The service was everything i was offered, valid tickets, tickets on time, a customer service answering all my doubts, Stubhub works really good. The EXTREME and REALLY Overpriced tickets were something that i agree so that's a different situation, there were no available tickets on the official method so i have no other option to get in here.”

“my only complaint was being old school I still require a printed ticket for entry to events. stub hub only released the printed ticket the day of the show and as I was going to travel 2 hrs to the concert my worry was when the ticket would arrive on the website to print. it did arrive early the day of, but if the mobile version was ready 3-4 days earlier why the printed version was not... time to buy an android phone and get an internet package on the phone...sigh.. happy otherwise...show was great”
