“I was able to secure tickets right away by asking for 2 seats together. The software picked out the best seats available, so I was happy. But unfortunately, when I got to the concert , the seats were “wheelchair accessible”??! I never requested accessible seats specifically, as I do not own a wheelchair. But in the end, the manager at the venue found us great seats, so I was again happy. I have been going to plays, concerts and buying online forever…this is the first time this has happened.🤷♀️”

On the negative side the obstruction notice was not clear that the dome would be almost totally obscured while sitting in $650 tickets. The picture of the seat locationns were dark and did not reflect the location issues.”
