“It was easy enough purchasing the tickets and subsequently getting them through Ticketmaster but a little tedious. Ticket surcharges are way too high on everyone’s platform though.
The Pixies did not disappoint but the venues beer and food prices were ridiculously high.”
“Tickets and parking pass came easy and fast. Parking was fine but leaving out of the garage took over an hour. Parking garage needs a better process to get all out timely.”

“Everything was great except the parking that I purchased through stub hub. It was 13 blocks away from the show. I didn’t realize this until I parked. I am disabled and cannot walk more than a couple of blocks. I had to then call an uber.”
“Stub Hub was great to purchase MLB tickets from - the game was amazing -- even though our team lost! Would definitely recommend them and use them again -- I just would NOT purchase the parking pass along with the game as the QR code didnt work at all at the machines and so we basically paid twice for parking - and the actual price we paid was cheaper than the pass price (that didn't work). But the experience was still GREAT!”

Odd part was being charged in USD for a Canadian show. With the exchange we paid more than the estimated Canadian amount when posted on our credit card.”
“It was an easy purchase except there was an entrance fee for all Stubhub ticket holders that we didn’t know about. Then we had to go into another lineup to purchase them. Should have be all inclusive for the price we paid for the tickets.”
