“Purchasing my tickets from Stubhub was very easy and I liked the how the site shows the view of the stage of tickets being purchased but I would prefer seeing the total cost of the ticket with fees before adding in all the personal information to make sure I felt it was a reasonable price to pay.”
“The 5 tickets were easy to purchase. (Not crazy about added fees.) Then need to transfer them to TicketMaster where they were easily accessible. Then 2 of our party were unable to attend. I went to Ticketmaster, where I had to give "tax info" & tried to list them for sale. 2 days later after calling, I was told I had to sell them through stub hub. OK. The tickets, with all the tax& fees were $363.46 each. I tried to list them for $350 each & stub hub kept them hidden, saying it was too much money. I changed listing to $300 each & was able to sell them the next day. Stub Hub then takes $60. I'm out an extra $186.92, plus, even though the money goes through PayPal, I need to wait 5 to 7 business days AFTER the concert to be reimbursed. Still waiting. I'm tired of the added fees, don't know if I'll do this again.”
“Everything was good. I just wish that the tickets would become available earlier. I had to drive 275 miles and stay in a hotel overnight and not having the tickets until the same day created a little stress. Should something had gone wrong I would have been stuck with the hotel and driving. The purchase was not a problem and the guarantee is great but would not have covered the other expenses.”
“Initial seller failed to deliver promised tickets. StubHub intervened and delivered better replacements at no charge.
Iād give 5 stars, but the fact that spec sellers are allowed on the platform is a problem in itself.”
“We had good seats and the tickets were affordable! When I looked at it from the map it showed us being in the middle but instead were at the entrance of the isle which was even better. Only thing was when I selected the tickets to purchase and tried to claim it , the system would not load but when I called customer support they were helpful and gave me instructions on how to access the tickets (wrong browser). If the price is right I'd use StubHub again”

“I was pleased to be able to get good seats at a reasonable price long after they were gone from the venue's ticket seller. The fees added almost 50% to the cost but it made it possible. The only issue I had was that I was unable to link the tix with my Stubhub account. I must have bought them without logging on to my account. I received a couple of emails suggesting I link them but the process failed to work. It made a bit nervous I was not going to be able to bring up the QR codes at the venue but the access code enabled me to bring up the tickets.”
“I found very affordable seats (even with a service fee added later) and was happy with where I sat -- was offered parking options and found one that was a bit far away but that was my choice. I did have some issues initially since I found I had TWO Ticketmaster accounts (one a pretty old one) and my tix were sent to that, and had to take one of the FAQ suggestions seriously to find them, but once I did they were on my phone and were easily accessible”
“I recently purchased concert tickets and a parking pass for Kendrick and Sza at Metlife. The process was pretty seamless to get our tickets except that when we arrived at the venue we were told the parking pass was invalid. We were able to make other parking arrangements but I was terrified that our actual tickets would not be accepted when we got to the gate. Thankfully that was not the case and we were admitted to the concert with no problem. I quickly contacted Stubhub via chat about the invalid parking pass and they rectified it and provided a refund a couple of days later. So all in all it wasn't the best experience because of the parking stress but it all worked out in the end and we enjoyed the show.”
