“I was mostly pleased with my StubHub experience. It was straightforward, and their prices were competitive, with no last-minute, surprise fees. I also sold an extra ticket I had, and that process was simple as well. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to download the Ticketmaster app to get my ticket. I would have preferred to be able to access it directly from the StubHub app. But that's not a dealbreaker. I'd use StubHub again.”

“I purchased Lady Gaga:Mayhem Ball tickets through stubhub the day they came out because i’m a huge fan and needed a ticket ASAP.
After I purchased the tickets i did some research on stubhub and kinda got nervous from others horror stories, and i wouldn’t be given the ticket til 3 days to possibly the day of the concert. But that wasn’t a stubhub issue because they were AXS transferred and that’s their policy.
I guess all i’m really saying is that i worried for no reason, its always great to be cautious like call stubhub a week or two prior to the concert to make sure there’s no issue. I got my tickets transferred the SECOND it hit that 3 day mark so i was extremely happy.
Only reason i give 4 stars and not 5 is because seat numbers weren’t displayed, but i ended up getting aisle seats anyways! THANK YOU STUBHUB”
“We had a great time and great seats for the parking a guy Chris tried to contact me and I tried to email him back but it would not go through. I'm handicap I have issues with my legs. So that's where we parked in P parking lot. Thanks again

“The purchase was easy. Tickets and parking pass. However when we got to the parking garage my mobile pass didn’t work. I had to pull a ticket and pay again for parking. Going forward I’ll just pay for parking at the event. It was much cheaper than what StubHub charged anyway. StubHub wouldn’t give me back the 12.00 I had to pay the night of the show but well lesson learned. The concert was awesome”
“I recently bought a K-pop concert ticket on StubHub for the first time (in Paris), and I was honestly nervous at first — I wasn’t sure if it was legit. Thankfully, everything worked out in the end!
The process of buying the ticket was smooth, but I do wish there were more detailed information provided, especially for VIP tickets. It wasn’t clearly stated what was included (like whether it had soundcheck access), so I had a hard time figuring out where I was supposed to line up at the venue.
That said, once I got there, everything went smoothly — my ticket scanned without a problem, and I was able to fully enjoy the concert and use my VIP benefits.
Overall, a good experience, but it would be great if StubHub could include more specific details about ticket inclusions for future buyers, especially for special/VIP access.”

“Purchasing the parking pass was relatively easy and it was a good price; however, once I got the pass, it only had the name of the parking lot. It did not have the address of the parking lot on it or anywhere on the site. The website showed the general location, and the map showed it was close to the venue, but this wasn't enough to use GPS to find it. We found the parking lot by asking people on the street where it was. Not ideal and it would have been so easy to put the parking lot address somewhere on the website or parking pass. I would use this method to find/reserve parking in the future if it had more information as to the location of the lot.”
