They called me to advise me of this matter and I chose for a refund and they took it upon themselves to provide me with the worst seats in the stadium for the full price. “Tickets for the event were all good. The Parking option through ParkWhiz was horrible. We paid $30 in advance for reserved parking. Upon arrival, the lot is 5 MILES from the venue. Fortunately public transportation was nearby. $5/person for the four of us, and we arrived at the venue 45 minutes late. Concert and ticketing was great. After, a long wait and crowded train back to the parking lot (another $20 for the four people). Much hassle using the QR code that was provided by ParkWhiz. I asked the attendant what the normal rate would be for the evening: only $6!!! I got ripped off by ParkWhiz. I would never recommend ParkWhiz to anyone.”
“Very bad experience with Stubhub. 8 hours before game I still had no tickets. Chat and called them many times to be said I had to wait as far as 1h before event!!! Tailgate is finished at that point. Was offered replacement tickets that never arrived. Missed the football game. Never buy tickets with delivery from buying date to event day. Just buy when it says immediate delivery. Their Fan Protect Guarantee is good only for refund. Will hesitate a lot to buy again on Stubhub!”
“They HID my resale until I could not adjust the price below $50 for a ticket I paid over $70 for plus $75 in fees and this was at least 45 days before event, refused to let my listing be seen unless I complied w THEIR pricing which did not even remotely equate to what I paid, ON THEIR WEBSITE. Y’all just want your fees and do not care about the customer.
I could not get off of work like I had planned. I also BOUGHT THE TICKETS FROM STUBHUB and was forced to wait on a seller release 2 days prior to the event WHICH Stubhub further negated my listing for bc instant download is obviously preferred. So they sold me tickets they didn’t even access to give me yet.
