“Unfortunately there was someone in my seat, he was a season ticket holder and thinks he got hacked. He let me have the seat since I had the ticket but I felt bad for him. I think he had to go to the SRO section”

“Usually a big fan of stub hub but for the first time ever I had tickets purchased and loaded on my phone cancelled by the original seller. Didn’t understand this and wasn’t offered an explanation. Stub Hub made it right, but the alternative tickets weren’t as good as the ones I had originally purchased.
Nevertheless, it worked out and I’ll continue to use Stub Hub in the future.”
