“Only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is cause when I got to the venue tickets were says unable to download no internet although I had full bars of service. Thank full we went down the cant find tickets troubleshoot option and we were able to get them. The view they had on the website was as expected thanks stubhub. Just wish there was a offline option just in case”
“Tickets were great but the parking pass was bogus. That was $45 and directed many to a hotel about 4 miles away. The hotel said several folks had come by. The hotel did not have any knowledge of parking in the area. Stub Hub promised a refund when I chatted with the AI. No other way to reach out to them.”
