“Went to Subway, Allentown, PA, 13th Tilghman St. Walked in, ordered ONE footling tuna sub to-go. I was pleasantly surprised by the inviting greeting from new gal, which, by the way, NEVER happened before.
Upon notice, i realized they offered soup as well. I added 2 soups & a bag of chips. I paid...$25ish. Thought the bill would be in the 'teens'. Without thinking, I figured it was high becuz of the added soups, chips. Upon arrival at home I found TWO footlongs (I only ordered ONE).
Also, they will NOT accept Subway Couponds that are mailed to me...WTF? I'd like to know what Subway does.”

“Picked up subway in the Toronto airport on my travel home. This gave me food poisoning and made me sick and nauseous for 5 days. I contact subway and they just ignored me. This is the worst place ever to eat. Will never spend a penny at any one of these establishments. Guess they absolutely don’t care they make people ill. “The employee was very rude, did t even greet me and my fiance. When I said hello to her she just nodded her head. This is the second incident I have had at this location, last time was 2 years ago. The location is 4774 Mahoning Avenue Suite 4 Austintown Ohio. My trip was at 10:49am on 4/04/2025. The employee had red hair and was heavy set. The next customers who came in after us were greeted and even had a conversation sparked between them.”
“Used to love subway fresh ingredients, now many times it looks like it’s been sitting too long and I’m afraid to put it on my sandwich. Today for convenience we stopped at Subway on 7501 Dunsmore Rd, Rapid City, SD 57701. My bread wasn’t even fresh at all and I could actually tap on it. It had to be a least a day old. We got it around noon so it should’ve been fresh. I don’t even mind if the staff isn’t very friendly, which they weren’t, but that a lot of money for what tasted like day old bread, very dried out. I didn’t even have it toasted. Plus they got our other 2 sandwiches wrong. Tried to take a survey, they no longer accept surveys. Tried to connect to other websites like Subway listen, and subway support, customer service, all a dead end. So how can they fix the issue, if they don’t want to hear it?”
“We sometimes get subs at the Comfort, WV Subway. It is such a gamble. Most of the time the bread is so hard that I cannot chew it. I ordered a BLT sub today and it has no bacon.”
“Possibly the worst sub I've ever had. Went to lawrence kennedy store on Tuesday around 730pm. Ordered a footlong meatball sub.. absolutely no tomato sauce on it just a few dried up meatballs & cheese. Probably been sitting in the steamtable since opening time. I will never go to this location again. I had the meatball sub in the Ajax store & it was to die for. 2 thumbs down for this Scarborough location. Fed half to my dog.”
