Staff doesn’t know the menu, slow and sometimes doesn’t answer the drive thru.

Went inside and I was the only customer in line. Stood there for 5 minutes. Not one employee greeted me or ask how they could help me. The girl behind the counter was just restocking. Not once asked what I needed. Got tired of standing there and left. Won't be back

It was terrible. The young man at the counter, argued with me about my order. Honestly, I was exhausted, over a 20 hour day. I just wanted some food to go home. That's not subway. I'll make a point to never go there again

The subs were very fresh and tasty. The service was very friendly. Clearview station is always our go-to.

The 2 women working at subway (12683 white hills rd Hwy 93 white hills,az were NOT courteous! Neither smiled not one time! Certainly not like the subway by where home is ( at Pride in yucca,az) I will not spend another cent there at white hills!!!

Subway in Washington Wilkes took a last minute platter order today after already having a huge order that was properly ordered , done with and delivered on time. Huge shoutout to the store manager and her friendly staff.

I ordered foot-long nachos. I am vegetarian therefore I said no meat instead could I get green peppers? I was told that she cannot customize the order and so she did not give me the peppers. Very disappointing. All I got was tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños, not even olives

The young man that took my order was terrible & acted like he was angry that I was even there. This was Wed afternoon. Made me feel like just leaving but I completed my order. The young man that rang me up with lots of piercings was actually very nice & polite. They were out of pepperoni for the BMT I wanted & then I wanted Subway Vinegarete & they were out of that too. Very disappointing but kudos to the young man that rang up my order.

I have not been able to use the app or order online for over a week because the site is not working. I can’t go inside and order and use the discounts or the specials and I asked the cashier at Subway® to help me and he said he didn’t do that there is no customer service phone numbers to call and get help.

I use subway in Colchester at five ways every Wednesday and am served by Harry and sue nothings too much trouble always feel important Hard knows my order These two are special Thank you ❤️

Subway is putting deals on the app that do not apply. There is nothing said in the fine print that you have to be an All-Star member to get these deals. We ordered subs to get the 2for20 deal and they made us pay full price because we weren’t all star members, but it didn’t say that anywhere in the app. Very disappointed with the service as all they did was argue with us. The food was good, but disappointed with the service so likely won’t return, at least not to the store.

I went into the N 3rd street, Wffinfham location and was pleasantly surprised! This was the first time I have ever had subway bread that was actually soft, not hard and crunchy, yet still toasted. Bethany and Montana were pleasant and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I am still shocked at how nice of an experience this was! Never before have I felt this at any subway in Southern Illinois.

I went in to order the 6" sub for $4.99. one of the ladies was rude and said you have to do it online. So I did. I received my order took it home to eat(only live 10 minutes away) the bread was so soggy it didn't stay together. I ended up just eating the insides.

Did you know there is absolutely no way to contact Subway customer service. Either Canada or USA. So the locations in Port Colborne and Welland, Ontario have stopped supply the meats for half of the subs. If it has a special meat they just tell you out of stock. I call BS on that. When I was in Toronto I had no trouble or when I was in St. Catharines no trouble. Clearly different owners. If the commercials offer it and local shops just lie to the customer. What is anyone to do. This is horrible busy practice.

Lagrange Subway on Roanoke Rd just reopened and its good. Ive been twice and i think its better than it was before it closed. Recommend the $5 nachos

Ordered a roast beef sandwich. Received a vegetable sandwich with one little piece of roast beef stretching across the sandwich. Loaded with veggies. No mayo. No vinegar. Not toasted. No cheese. Told that's what I get for ordering online. We can't help you.
