“Been waiting on an item since 8th Feb. Had emails from company on the 8,9 & 10th Feb to say my item be delivered on one of these days….no delivery, no card. Contacted the seller on the 12,14th Feb, who tells me the company have had issues and were unable to deliver (no reasons given) but that my item be with me today the 15th Feb, been on delivery company web site and it’s telling me no delivery slots/dates available. Contacted seller again and they reply by saying delivery of items is nothing to do with them!!”
“Just had my first experience with this courier …. IT WILL BE MY LAST! Should have delivered 3 days ago, heard nothing from them until I complained to my seller this morning. “Ordered through wayfair, item arrived on time and not damaged.I was terrified that it would not get delivered by the reviews on this site. I asked the driver why the bad reviews and he said, it’s been crazy busy and they have major staff issues since the pandemic and now there are only 2 couriers that can deliver this type of large freight all the others have gone bust in the UK! , hence why the company’s are using XDP.”
“Ordered a bed with Happy Beds and they used this courier which I had never heard of before seeing as I just moved to the area. They set a delivery time to my new flat between 6:30 and 8:30, and my elderly mother and I waited in for just under four hours only to never see hide nor hair of my new bed! Then I head off to work the next morning while she very kindly waited in, only to tell me that she had to drag the heavy parcel in bit by bit herself and that it was soaking wet, which means they have to have left it the night before when it was pouring down!
My mother is fit and healthy for her age, but imagine if she wasn't and had injured herself! Plus they forged my signature by just writing my name, which is NOT how I sign things. They also damaged my mattress as well as forgetting parts and had to send it back! Absolute rip-off artists and a series of clowns that would make Ringling Brothers jealous. Avoid like the plague!”
“Got a mail to expect a delivery yesterday btw 4:29pm to 6:29pm waited to no avail only for them to send a mail saying they dropped a card since I was not available. All lies. I was home waiting patiently to receive my item.Don’t know why Wayfair still use them for large item delivery. Still waiting for my item to be delivered. This is an integrity issue that has to be checked with the drivers.”
“THE MOST APPALLING COMPANY. Over the past thirteen days XDP have given me eight separate two-hour time slots (some at very short notice) for the collection of a parcel and on each occasion XDP have failed to arrive. They have never given any explanation for this. The inconvenience this has caused has been immeasurable, and also extremely frustrating. I still have no idea as to when my parcel will be collected; I have no way of contacting XDP and I wonder just how long it will take to resolve this matter.”
“I switch from sinister diesel because they are garbage and xdp had great customer service. I needed a fuel bowl delete kit and aftermarket fuel pump. I told them I had sinister diesel fuel return kit and what I would need they said between the air dog 5g and xdp fuel bowl delete kit it would have everything i need included. However it does not include a return line from regulator to factory return. They said I would need to buy their kit? Seriously?! They said because it sinister diesel and they use aeromotive and I explained sinister also uses aeromotive just rebranded. They refuse to sell me just their line. So I asked for refund because fuel lab has a full kit from pump to delete that has everything. They told me if return gets damaged during shipping I will not get a full refund. That's their responsibility to put insurance on it. I told them everything I had and what I needed to do and they said everything was included. If they said they could not sell me a return line and that none was included I would never have even ordered it. Simple fix would be to sell me a return line. Or send me a shipping labeled that is insured. It's not my fault. Huge waste of time. Need to find a good diesel aftermarket manufacturer because xdp and sinister diesel has poor design and flaws. Finally they just want to upsell you more parts when all you need is just one part. Delete kit doesn't even have a mounting point they just want you to zip tie stuff. Great design! Go with fuel labs. Anyone else issue your credit card company has warranty they will refund you and take the payment back from the company. Don't fight with xdp call your credit card company and explain the situation.”

I ordered a large item from Amazon and the company used dpd for the delivery. I requested a delivery on a specific date and xdp came 3 days earlier.
They called me and told me off for not being here and would not hear me out.

“I will never buy anything from XDL again never. I placed my order for my dodge truck exhaust system and they shipped me a exhaust for a ford. So I called them told them it was not wrong exhaust. The lady told me no problem she’ll send me a email with a label to send it back. So I get the email and there was no shipping label. I call them back told the lady there was no return shipping label. She than tells me I have to pay for the shipping to return it even though it was their fault. So $120.00 dollars later to ship it back. They received it back took them a week to look at it to make sure everything was there.I called 3 times complaining about it. On the last time calling I finally got a email saying it’ll be refund. They were very rude. They last our business.”
