Absolutely pathetic. Get half an order, told the other half will be the next day between 1.07 and 4.07 but hasn't turned up at all today after trying to call continual and finally get through to b told he's running late. Honestly there is late and then just not bothering to appear.

This company is useless!!! Item arrived earlier than scheduled and I was at work. Not a huge problem as I thot I could rearrange but apparently this company do not answer phone calls...ever!!!!! Anyway, I eventually tried a sales contact number which unsurprisingly they answered...happy enough to take a sale but don't seem to carry it through!!! I asked the gentleman to pass me through to somebody who could assist me and he promised they would take my call...rang for so long then they hung up! Impossible to make contact with. The local depot is the number that has been left on the contact card...this number has been engaged for 4 days solid! Disgrace this company is running! Do not use them!!!!

I had been advised by email that this firm would be delivering my large screen TV on Thursday that week. on the Tuesday I got a text advising me "we will deliver today between 12 and 3" and I'd made plans to be out of London. so I immediately called on the number provided to cancel the delivery as I wouldn't be at home. The tone of whoever it was that I spoke to should have been a red flag .....he was saying all the right things ....ok we will come tomorrow or Thursday ......but something in his tone ..like amusement ..and he kept interjecting.. "Are you sure you don't want it delivered today?" I took time to patiently reply each time that I would be out of London for the day. Therefore I was shocked about 3.30 to get a call from a yob who claimed he was on my doormat with the TV. " im gonna leave it on the doormat" he said....I told him this delivery was cancelled and don't do that it will be stolen he said what about neighbours and I gave him the number of the flat opposite but I hadn't arranged with her he hung up and a few minutes later he called back to say the lights on but she s not answering Again his threat to leave it on my doormat, he was playing with me! but thankfully, by sheer luck Julie, my next door neighbour was off work for the day and accepted the delivery. I live in an inner city council block on a council estate and I'm not a rich woman and had saved and anticipated this new flat screen. Furthermore,I live in a block of flats on the fourth floor and for security reasons we have an intercom system to gain access. The delivery man had gained entry without my consent. I arrived home after 11pm and my neighbour knocked to deliver it , The huge box had been clearly stickered with FRAGILE THIS WAY UP red stickers and that my TV had been upended and the packaging was torn at the top corner. Disgusting service Spoiled my buying experience and distressing to deal with the situation by phone when I felt powerless to stop him dumping an expensive item on an open landing. one neighbour routinely padlocks his bike to the internal stairwell ...and that's been stolen twice! Customer service????? I do not like to be spoken to in that way when I'm paying you for a ser4vice!!! Why give customers a phone number to change the delivery time if you're going to do it any way without any apologies; and then to handle my package with total disregard for their responsibility to handle such items with care and attention?

Very upset with this company after the driver dropped off package, I signed for it and he decided to urinate in the alley at 10 in the morning in front of school kids. Have written to my MP. Won't use them or company again.

Not just abysmal but traumatic experience with this godforsaken gang of crooks. They left order on my doorstep which resulted in t being stolen and my entire house being broken into, and they claimed it must have been a dog. Words can't describe how upset I or my dog is over this allegation. I am suing the delivery firm as they are responsible for using them.

not yet recieved my delivery and already upset by cusomer service on 01277223627 missed item friday told to ring between 9-9.30 rang only to have the phone picked up and slammed down so my husband rang and the same happened to him and l mean slammed down not a good way to get five star rating lets hope delivery is okay

Not many words to describe this despatch company apart from disgusting, useless, amature, no respect for customers and not a clue where their packages are or their opening times. Customer services- NONE: Every time I called them WITHOUT FAIL noone answered, left numerous voicemails and email. When I finally got through to one of the TEN phone numbers, all they wanted to know is where i got this number from and were not willing to help me with my delivery. This is the most unreliable, disgusting,rude delivery service null and void. Item was need for holiday and I had ordered it well in advance as to ensure that it arrived before I went and when explainbing this, I was told to cancel my holiday if the package hadn't arrived in time by one of THEIR sevice reps. I am furious that I even had to leave 1 star. BE AWARE OF THIS DISGRACE OF A 'DELIVERY COMPANY' SELLERS- DON'T USE THEM!! THEY WILL GIVE YOUR REPUTATION A MASSIVE DENT.

This company has no concept of customer service. My next day timed delivery of 4 days ago is still outstanding, with no confirmed ETA. Excuses so for are, mechanical failures, increase in freight in my area. Cant wait to see what tomorrows excuse will be?

Very poor service. Delivered me 2/3 boxes, so half a bed!! They do not answer the phone or emails absolutely ridiculous can't believe that this level of service exists and that they have contracts with huge companies. Still without my parcel. Pathetic excuse for a courier company

They are awful. Didn't leave cards saying they had been to deliver, wouldn't pick up the phone when chasing, wouldn't reply to any emails, eventually did get a card saying they'd tried to deliver and been ringing them for 3 days on a number on the card with no answer. Completely awful, still not received my parcel. DO NOT USE.

Probably because the driver wanted a early finish but I waited in for three days only to find that I apparently refused delivery which I didn't and nobody informed me very poor service not a company I would use

Worst company ever they give you a 3 hour time slot never show up and don't bother to call to let you know takes a lot of tries to speak to someone in costumer services and when that happens they don't know what is going on always give the same excuse drivers stuck in traffic be with you in 1 hour you wait all day for nothing

The absolute worst company I have ever come across. Don't buy from Joss and Main or should I say Wayfair as they use them! I have waited for a month for an item to be returned and they turned once and said there was no room in their van to take it. Despite repeated attempts at contacting them etc I have heard nothing!!! The item is blocking my hallway! Still no idea when they will show up.

Its the worst company and it should close and no company should use them as delivery company. If I know any company that is using them I wouldn't order. Please beware of this rubbish company. If I could give them negative ranking I would. I want this company to close as they are bringing shame on other good companies.

Phantom card drop even though you have waited all day twice only for it to show up on tracking that an attempt was made and a card left. Both of which are untrue. Customer service numbers that do not connect. If I know that a company uses xdp to deliver I will contact them to tell them why I would not be purchasing from them.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTELTY CRAP COMPANY!! AND THATS BEING TOO KIND WITH MY WORDS! THEY LIE, ARE RUDE WHEN ON THE PHONE AND DONT GIVE A MONKEYS ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE!! IGNORAMOUSES!! DO NOT USE THEM, IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE!!!

This company is no doubt the worst delivery company in the world. I would rather pay double to get it delivered by another company. They do not have any customer care or consideration and are very rude. They have lied to us on many occasions about the whereabouts of our items and have failed to deliver any of our purchased items. They should not be in buiseness It's a shame that big organisations like Tesco trust and use this delivery company to deliver their goods and keep them afloat.

VERY POOR IS TOO KIND. Disgraceful service. Barefaced liars. Will never use them again. 1 package out of 3 delivered, driver advised the other two boxes we still in the depot and would be delivered next day - they didn't arrive. Contacted company order placed with and after 3 days they managed to contact courier company who said all 3 boxes had been delivered. Courier company conducted internal search and said that records showed that all 3 boxes were loaded onto van and barcode scanning showed that they had been removed from van and were delivered. Luckily the company I ordered from agreed to dispatch replacements - the value of missing items was £100.00 (I insisted that they used an alternative courier company for this delivery). Within 2 days (on a Sunday morning) 2 boxes left outside my house even although we were home. Then surprisingly another delivery arrived on Tuesday from Parcel Force. SO... the delivery on Sunday had been the boxes that XPD said had been delivered the week before!!!! I will make sure in future that when placing orders on line the delivery isn't made through XDP.
