have waited until now to post this review as I was still under contract with XDP for a period of time after leaving there employment. This review is not posted by an aggrieved ex employee but by a concerned member of the public who wishes to bring to the attention of customers past and present the way XDP do business. I am not entirely sure how long this review will remain on this site. Rest assured that if it is removed then this review will appear on other sites to bring the general public up to speed on how XDP treat customers and there goods whilst they are in XDP's possession. XDP as they state on there website "www,xdp.co.uk" one of the largest independently owned parcel delivery networks in the United Kingdom, they manually sort parcels at all there franchise and corporate depots nationwide. At the hub based in Birmingham is where all goods are sent on a nightly basis to be manually sorted and transported back to corresponding depots the following morning for delivery. Although there are a few depots that are well managed and well run there are numerous depots that are badly run with even worse staff and dodgy working practices. In my time there I have witnessed parcels being left in depots for days on end WITHOUT any attempts to deliver. Parcels being run over by fork trucks with absolutely no care taken on customers expensive goods and the way goods will be presented to customers at the door step. I have witnessed goods being left without the signature of the consignee and then drivers forging consignee signatures. Furthermore I have witnessed customers goods being thrown from one end of depots to the other, There have been lots of XDP's customers who have left due to poor service that has been received and huge amounts of damage to their goods. XDP do not care about the end user or there customers all there interest in is making money. XDP employee highly suspicious individuals one whom I will not name on here, although I will state is the Regional Manager for Scotland has recently been liberated from the Scottish Prison Service for Tachograph offences (these offences can be searched online) this individual is now back in the employment of XDP in his old role. Subcontractors, current employees have been employed by XDP without any security clearance checks and allowed to handle customers goods and in some cases steal those goods too. XDP do employ a private security company to investigate theft however they are not in the least professional and I would seriously question there methods. Criminal actions do not just relate to workers within some of there depots, a director found himself arrested when he got in to a vehicle at the companies head office, who wilfully reversed one of his vehicles into a travellers caravan who had parked his vehicle at the back of the companies HQ. I could go on but do not want to sound bitter. This is a truthful account on the way XDP do business and I thank you for taking the time to read this. Finally I would like to add that XDP will certainly attempt to have this review removed. All of the information that I have published is true and this information is what I would wilfully repeat in court under oath if needed.

Three different delivery time slots given on as many days. No deliver received any of the promised days and times. Phones Customer Services 11 times, no one responded or returned the call; emailed .....same none response. Still waiting for my delivery. The worst delivery company I have ever experienced. When things go wrong, they totally ignore customers and couldn't care less. Pathetic !!!!!!

Do not use this company. 0 communication and atrocious customer service. Waited all day for my parcel after being given a time slot; never came. Have emailed at least 4 times; no response. Proceeded to phone the customer service helpline; no response. Not a happy customer.

I received my 3h period for delivery on Thursday between 3:47-6:47 I have been waiting until 8pm and I didn't even received a call or email telling me there was not going to deliver my item. Friday after sending 6 emails with no answer I decided to call the company with the same luck NO ANSWER!!!! finally fitness superstore got in touch with them and I received an email telling me my delivery will arrive on Saturday "free of charge" I said to them: can you please tell me a time as I don't want to be waiting all day again? They couldn't tell me a specific hour. On Saturday I have been waiting until 4pm and again nothing( no emails,calls advising me there where not going to deliver) now it's Monday and again no email or anything telling when is my delivery going to be at my house. Please advise for future customers! The customer services from XPD are disgusting.

After spending all day indoors waiting and no delivery on date specified, calling XDP next day (costing £5.70!!!) to find out where parcels were, told they only had 3 of the 4 parcels and they would put me on express delivery free of charge for next day as they had me waiting in for 2 days, XDP had already delivered parcels to completely wrong address, leaving large heavy parcels with a very elderly lady with poor vision. This company cost me money, time and it seems employs illiterate drivers. No apology was offered, no responsibility taken and no refund for the unnecessary time spent on phone because of their mistakes. Avoid, even Royal Mail can do better!

XPD Emailed info when item was going to be delivered BUT Failed to deliver item . Emailed customer service Promised delivery for a 2nd time of arrival and guess what still no sign of delivery. Phoned customer services 6 times only to get a recorded message each time. I still have not received my item so will be asking for a full refund from the seller of this item. Advice to all who read this Avoid this delivery company .Please read other feedback on this delivery company ,(should have read them before buying the item)

Just been reading the reviews. Same for me - parcel sitting in depot 312 wherever that is. Have had 2 estimated delivery dates - no action yet and no reply to email either. Can't take any more time off work to wait for this. Disgusted more at the lack of communication than anything else.

Been waiting for a delivery that according to their own tracking information has been sat in the delivery depot for 6 days with no attempt to deliver indicated. No response from on line contact email. Will not buy from a supplier if this company is the designated courier.

worst experience of my life... NEVER EVER use this company. Cosnignment is with XPD since 2nd Novemebr and supposed to be delivered on 4th Novmber..still not delivered.... No calls no update.. not even picking up the phone.. FRUSTRATED.. Consignmnet number: ZWAKNF004360002

Having now left two phone messages on their 0843 1782222 they have yet to reply. Still no sign of delivery. I am surprised anyone uses this service. Its appalling. No customer service at all !!

Complete waste of a day waiting for a parcel pick up,recieved e-mail giving 3 hour time slot,now 9 hours later still no show,no contact or e-mail response given by courier.....pathetic excuse of a company.

Received a link for an overnight delivery to track the parcel. This showed as at collection depot so I assumed I was just awaiting delivery. After a couple of days and no delivery I emailed the customer services, again the next day. I have still had no reply to these emails a couple of days later.. not even a confirmation of receipt. Phoned the customer service number this morning. The lady I got through to said the item hasn't reached the depot. I pointed out the status is collected at collection depot and she said yes but if you listen it hasn't reached the delivery depot, as if I should have known there were two involved! As the company are now unable to do anything for me and I have to contact the provider, I suggested that their delivery system might work better if it flagged that the parcel had not reached the next location after some time (1 week). The lady then started getting more rude stating that she understood me getting frustrated and having an opinion but thats just my opinion. Errm no, thats a helpful suggestion for when you lost peoples deliveries!

Z3DFHY002922 Absolostly appauling service can never get through to anyone on phone, when i called local depot 700 they said they cant give me updates as they are a franchise using xdps name; what kind of delivery service is this? Ive been waiting over 5 days for my items and noone seems to know where they are! I am absolutely disgusted with the service recieved and will never recommend this company, have gone to watchdog, rogue traders and am loooking to take xdp to small claims court if my items still dont arrive; never again will i use xdp. I have never felt so angry about a delivery in my life and am going to take this very far. Please get back to me and dont ask for consignment number as its at the top of the page. Wish i read reviews before ordering what i did and checked the delivery service they were using. Disgusted is the only word i can think of.

Very angry with this company waiting in all day yesterday as was told I would revive my parcel with a 3 hour time slot had no deliver then they reckon they posted a card through my door when they haven't been near my house at all, payed a lot of money for this parcel and they can't be bothered to deliver it or answer the phone, now they saying on my tracking they will deliver today with another 3 hour time slot so let's see,

"During tomorrow morning we will email you again with a 3 hour ETA window to advise when we expect to make the collection." Has email been sent? NO. And YES I been waiting all day. When called them to inquire all they where able to offer is to call me back sometime and at the end of conversation said "no problem"?!

The email sent the day before the parcel was due informed me that the delivery would be between 12-45 and 2-45pm on the 29th September. Luckily I was up early as it was delivered at breakfast time and as it was 2large parcels to make a greenhouse it was important that someone was here. The chap had no explanation and was pleased to get 'shot' of the parcels. Not the best recommendation Diana Goodliff

Made no attempt to find my doorbell/front door. Made no attempt to contact me on telephone. Threw the parcels over my back garden fence without a signature.

Consignment number ZDBRGK000270 Trouble with this company for 3 weeks. Original order should have been delivered on a Wednesday, someone waited in all day, of course XDP were a no show and could not be bothered to make contact with either of the phone numbers they had or send an email to explain there was a problem. My daughter had to sleep on the floor as the bed did not arrive. Goods were dumped in my porch on the Thursday, packaging in a very poor state and the bed damaged. Replacement parts had to be ordered and unfortunately the bed company decided to use XDP again. The replacement parts were supposed to delivered on Friday 3rd October we were given a delivery slot of between 3.26 and 6.26. Needless to say XDP did not bother to show again and yet again failed to communicate there was a problem. Eventually JENNIFER in the complaints department responded to my email, the replacement parts were rescheduled to be delivered on the Monday. Guess what XDP were a no show. Finally they were delivered on the Tuesday. What a waste of time this courier company is.

Terribl, awful, usless, wate of time money and reputation. Why compaies use i will never ever know as it damages them so much. So i will not purchase anything if the company im buying of use this shower. EVER
