“Worse delivery experience I ever had.
I got my bed frame delivered by XDP from Wayfair and it was estimated for Monday.
On Friday: I receive a text at 9am saying my delivery was on his way expected to arrive 11am-1pm, but I work so try to contact them. The delivery got carded but there was no card when I got home. No way to get them on the phone so use their shitty app and after hours struggling to login and enter that reference. Yes because their application doesn't accept copy/past which you would think is the most important feature in an application where most people will copy/past a reference. Anyway I managed to reschedule delivery for Monday like it was suppose to arrive, reschedule got accepted on the app.
On Monday: I took a day off as delivery was expected on that day. No notification, no email, so try to contact them again, impossible to get someone on the phone. So give u and contact Wayfair instead. Wayfair manage to get them and apperently they didn't know where was my bed frame. Awesome I just wasted a whole day off work for nothing. Wayfair told me they'll contact me tomorrow to update me and arrange a redelivery. But wait for the best...
Tuesday: I didn't ask for redelivery, they didn't contact me but I receive a notification at 9am for a delivery at 11am AGAIN. I was at work so talk to my manager and managed to get some time off to rush home and be there for the delivery.
The guy call me to ceck if I'm home and litteraly complain that I wasn't there on Friday and that it was the 2nd time he had to come when I never asked for a delivery on Friday. When he arrives he leaves the bed frame downstair (I live on the second floor) and tells me here is your bed, bye. I had to ask him to help me to carry it upstair (when any other company would do it on their own without even asking. On the way the guy made a comment saying that it wasn't heavy to make me feel bad for asking for his help. It's a 32Kg bed frame I'm don't think it's too much asking to get help, especially when it's his job.
To summary, I wasted a day off work, do my best to be their when they decide to deliver, the driver was rude, no way to contact them, and I still didn't get appologies from XDP for failing to deliver on the day. It's personnaly my worse experience and I'll definately avoid them next time.”

Useless delivery service, that still have NOT delivered my parcel.
They gave me one slot where I had to take the afternoon off work, then another when I stayed in all afternoon when I was due to go out so changed my plans for the order. No update, no contact. No chair.
Tried ringing ZPD and was on the line over 20 minutes before giving up. Wondering if anyone gets through. Useless tracking system as good as a chocolate tea pot.
Wayfair need to stop using this pathetic excuse for a delivery company. It’s put me off ordering from them again and this is my first order.”
“Received an email saying the delivery slot would be between 2pm and 4pm Friday. Stayed in all day , then received another email at 6pm saying the driver had attempted delivery. Now since I was in and my CCTV shows no one entering my drive after the postman at 10.30 , I can only assume ' attempted delivery ' meant he put the parcel on the van and just ran out of time before he could deliver. Fair enough I know traffic in town is a nightmare and your drivers have a life outside work. So just say that and say delivery will be first thing tomorrow etc. Not try and pass it off in semantics and expect me to phone you. But judging by your customer satisfaction results at 9% which is some going to be well below both Herpes and Yokel , you're just another fly by night courier bullying your 0 hr contract sub contractors and hiding behind a non answered customer service phone line and flashy website.”

Missed their original delivery slot, not notified of new slot, items left out and delivered a parcel from a completely different company for a completely different company. Tried to have the item picked up, contacting MD of XDP, and customer service at Fitness Superstore. Many promises of returning calls and no action. Now faced with disposing of a large item from my garage.”

“I had a faulty item that XDP were meant to be collecting on Friday. I received a collection reminder on Thursday and had the whole of Friday booked off. The driver didn't arrive. I contacted the customer services- the first time I was hung up on and the second time they just didn't answer. I have been charged £18.50 and still didn't speak to anyone. I haven't received a response to my email either. I have contacted Sports Direct to ask them about it. Shocking service!”
“Brother in law ordered me a mirror for Xmas. Due 04/01/20. Didn't turn up. Called the range. Mirror broken in transit. Hadn't notified the range or myself. Re ordered. Delivery by xdp due 17/01/20. Didn't turn up.. no notifications and order number is not recognised by their crummy app so I can't even track mirror. After reading other reviews I wonder how the companies who use xdp stay in business or just how many refunds companies have to give back when orders go awol repeatedly. I just want my mirror!. If it was small enough I'd take a taxi but its 6ft tall and have no choice but to hope courier will eventually deliver!.”

“The most appalling delivery company I know! Ordered item from The Range, received text message from XDP stating time they would deliver but item never arrived. Checked tracking link they sent and it stated item had been delivered! Sent them a few emails but never got a response. Contacted The Range who then contacted XDP but they said they'd delivered the item. Not true...they didn't! The Range has now agreed a full refund. What a nightmare delivery company. Don't use them.”
“Consignment number ZDBRLJ047970. Delivery was due, didn't turn up. They told me it was to be delivered the following day, didnt turn up. Then told it would be the next day, didnt turn up. All the waiting around was at my expense. Now no correspondence from them, no idea what is going on, no email from them, nobody answering the phone. If I could leave a no star review I would. Will always check the delivery company when ordering online as if its xpd I'd frankly rather stick pins in my eyes, it would be less painful than dealing with them”
“This company is an absolute joke. I have had no correspondence other than a couple of cards through my door. I phoned to try to rearrange delivery and was told that after 15:30 probably wouldn't be possible. I mean what? I work during the day as does my partner so I can't be there before then. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and sadly won't be ordering from the same company again if they use this Disneyland company to deliver. Shocking!”

I called up their number hung on for more than 60 minutes - the voice said I am first in the queue- it said on the website that the cost is 7p per minute for the number I used. The cost of the call - I checked after seeing a warning in a review below was over £40.00 pounds. They allowed my call to keep going after the office was closed. My partner tried while I was still on and the voicemail said the office was shut. I attach the information about the delivery that was made but have removed the recipients name as they were obviously innocent. Disgusting. They are obviously confirmed by the reviews below TERRIBLE and DISHONEST!!

I ordered a bed on groupon which said 5 working days delivery. Came after 12. On top of that i needed to know the date it was delivered so someone could be in to receive the bed. Nothing.
Its impossible to get through to them to find out anything so bad to go through Groupon who were equally as unhelpful.
On the day my bed was delivered i received a text. Luckily i was at home but if i was at work what would i have done! If i had the option of choosing a delivery courier i would not have chosen this one. Do not use.”
