“An absolute joke. Why any retailer uses these clowns is beyond me. They must be the cheapest option available on the market as there is no reason I can think of why anyone would willingly use this joke of a so called delivery service.
My deliver was due on 13th May . I was given a 2 hour time slot but apparently they turned up 2 hours early, so I was not in. Instructions on our front door say to leave parcels at side of the house yet these clowns took a picture of our front door with this sign on it and said we weren’t in !!! I tried to rearrange delivery and got confirmation on their app but they did not turn up on the rearranged day. After 12 calls to the retailer delivery was meant to be on 20th May. Again XDP failed to deliver. I was given a 2 hour time slot in the morning and non one came. Somehow my tracking shows that the goods were delivered at 6.30pm that evening but when you click on the tracking the delivery location is not my house and nowhere near me.
They even had the cheek to use the picture of the front door at my house taken the week previously to show in the tracking even though the photograph is time stamped and dated a week ago and it shows this on the image !!!! You can’t get in touch with XDP by phone easily and they don’t even answer once you get through. Live chat doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. I beg anyone who reads this , if your retailer says they use XDP then get them to use another courier or buy from someone who doesn’t use them.”
“My chair from Secret Labs was due on Tuesday. I was messaged to say I was the next delivery and then I got a message with a box to sign and a barcode for the driver to scan. Within two minutes of replying I was told that the delivery wasn't going to happen and that was it. They are virtually uncontactable and no new date has been offered. I have contacted Secret Labs and they are also trying to get some info.”

Parcel was attempted delivery sent me picture which was fine but no way to contact delivery driver to inform them to give to neighbour who would have taken parcel.
Now parcel sitting at depot 120 for 6 days no idea where depot 120 is!!

Rude drivers, do not listen, very sneaky with delivery when they cant be bothered to look around a location, use personal phones so they harass you, delivery man actually shouted at me down the phone because he wanted to deliver a parcel at 9pm at my work office! If i know XDP are delivering my parcel i will simply not order”

On the app it said the item would be at my address 1:22pm with a 2hr time frame, it changed saying item 2 hours early and I missed it and now it’s being returned to sender even though it says they will try 3 times to deliver it, feel like I’m never going to get the item now and I’ve paid for it! Can’t call anyone because they charge and live chat is just pointless doesn’t work at all, never buying from anyone who ships with these wastes”
“Ordered fitness equipment from Fitness Superstore, paid for express delivery. Nearly 3 weeks and no goods. XDP tracking system complete garbage. I have been in touch with Fitness Superstore, they have been good. They investigated and found that my goods were received by XDP but then 'lost'. Fitness Superstore now have to claim insurance. To their credit, they gave me the choice of money refund or sending a replacement piece of equipment. I was told that XDP is the only company that will ship large items, so Fitness Superstore are held to ransom. Quite how a company like XDP manages to exist is beyond me. Avoid any dealings with XDP at all costs”

Stupid premium number to call which goes straight to voicemail! No live chat as nobody available, send a msg and still no response. “XDP delivered a very long parcel for me that no other courier would. It arrived safe and sound. Friendly delivery driver. Very happy with the service. Tracking system also worked ok for me.”

“A collection was booked and a time given but the Van driver said we were not in and posted a picture of the driveway to support the fact that they attended....BUT they got the wrong house and clearly could not read the number of the house AND gate to match their collection address.. so XPD a 6 is not an 8 so go back to school!”

“So my delivery didn't turn up yesterday and the app doesn't work properly neither does the tracking system. Can't get hold of anyone so decided to go to the police to report them for theft of my goods. I've also complained online and reported them to trading standards. I will go out my way to make sure these people suffer the consequences. Dont mess with loyal genuine customers. I've seen everyone suffering on their reviews thanks to these nasty people so taking it upon myself to get something done about it. Im also setting up a petition to get them shut down.”
“Bad communication, they don’t tell you when they are coming, they just arrive.
The app isn’t in touch with reality, gives you loads of useless updates that parcel is at the depot, then say it’s going to delivered in a 2 hour slot which comes and goes. This happened 3 times.
Also, should you need to speak to them because of their poor communication skills, they have the cheek to charge a premium rate number which you pay per minute even whilst on hold.
Then you try the app to talk to them and fill the form in even though the stupid thing already knows about your consignment. Then, you have to sit and wait for someone to answer which they don’t. But, if your phone screen turns off and you tap it to wake it back up, guess what, yep you’ve guessed it, it has an empty form for you to fill in again because we’ve all got loads of time to waste.
If anyone that I order from ships with XDP in the future, I won’t buy from them.”
