Zooplus te rog schimba firma de curierat,nu se poată sa ajungă comanda după o săptămână. Cred ca a fost ultima data când am comandat de la voi.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring – bestelling verkeerd afgeleverd en geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen Ik heb onlangs een bestelling geplaatst bij Zooplus met duidelijke instructie om het pakket te laten afleveren op mijn huisnummer (30). Tot mijn verbazing is het pakket bezorgd op een ander huisnummer dat zelfs niet bestaat in mijn straat. Na meerdere meldingen hierover bij de klantenservice, is er simpelweg besloten om hier niets mee te doen. Ook niet nadat ik expliciet mijn beklag heb gedaan en meerdere keren heb benadrukt dat het afleveradres correct was ingevuld als huisnummer 30. Wat ik extra kwalijk vind, is dat ik nooit toestemming heb gegeven om het pakket elders af te leveren. Als Zooplus of hun bezorgdienst ervoor kiest om dit tóch te doen, dan horen zij daar ook de verantwoordelijkheid voor te dragen. In plaats daarvan wordt de schuld gewoon bij mij als klant gelegd. Kortom: geen service, geen oplossing en vooral geen verantwoordelijkheid. Erg jammer, want ik was voorheen een tevreden klant – maar na deze ervaring niet meer.

The experience itself becomes irrelevant when the details are ignored. In many companies of this level, the buyer is seen as a mere anonymous figure, lost in a vast crowd of consumers. Whether a customer has a complaint or not doesn't really matter, and this reflects a complete lack of respect for those who have actually contributed to the company's success—the buyers. The effort to show respect or empathy toward the customer is almost nonexistent. The message conveyed is clear: if you like it, fine; if not, find other shopping options. The company adopts this attitude because it relies on having enough customers to make the loss of one insignificant. This mindset completely disregards the idea of building personalized relationships or customer loyalty. Unfortunately, this approach is not unique. Many companies only pretend to care without genuinely addressing the needs of their customers. The fundamental issue is that few people today understand a crucial principle: true differentiation does not show when everything is going well but in moments of crisis. How a company handles challenges and treats its customers in such situations truly defines its value and integrity.

A fuir absolument. Même si les prix sont très attractifs, quand il y a un problème, (ET IL Y EN A!), le service client est inexistant. Le 19/05/2024, ils se sont trompés dans ma commande, nous sommes le 08/08/2024 et ils n'ont toujours pas régularisé la situation. Je passe de personne en personne pour trouver la solution! Zooplus rejete systématiquement la faute sur autrui (moi, le transporteur, Paypal,...). En attendant on me réclame de l'argent pour une commande que je n'ai pas faite!

This is a fantastic company my orders are usually delivered very fast ( had a couple take a few days longer but we can't blame zooplus because they send there orders it's usually the couriers fault ) they have a fantastic reward program so you get free gifts and sometimes they pop a freebie in with your parcel. They try to keep prices fair and offer free delivery. I highly rate this company.

Servicio muy decepcionante por parte de zooplus.es. Ahora estoy en el tercer día de la entrega prometida. El mensajero elegido, Paack, dijo que la entrega fallida del día 1 se debió a un problema de logística. El día 2 fue una dirección incorrecta pero la dirección era correcta y nadie me llamó por teléfono para aclararme. Nunca antes había tenido problemas para realizar pedidos en zooplus.es, pero no utilizaron Paack, que me ha prestado un servicio muy pobre en esta ocasión. Además, la herramienta de seguimiento de Paack no es buena y no permite contactar con el mensajero. Very disappointing service from zooplus.es. I am now on the third day of promised delivery. Their chosen courier, Paack, said the failed delivery on day 1 was a logistics problem. Day 2 was an incorrect address but the address was correct and nobody telephoned me to clarify. I have never had a problem ordering from zooplus.es before but they did not use Paack, who have provided a very poor service on this occasion. Furthermore, Paack's tracking tool is not good and does not allow you to contact the courier.

Awful service! Package never arrived and they don’t want to give me a refund. I’m still questioning if they are a scam company or an actual real entity.

I was so impressed by the quickness my order so I did make another order for my cats prescription diet food on the 6th July which was delivered the next day.

DISASTROUS CLIENT SERVICE. Apparently there was still an old address in the Zooplus system, while I had moved to another country. It was not made clear during the process of ordering my cat food, where the order was going, it just asked whether the bill and order had to be sent to the same address, which I confirmed. I only discovered that the order was going to the wrong address AFTER it had been placed. I contacted the company within minutes, but they refused to do anything at all and basically told me to sort it out myself. This is not customer service! A decent company like Amazon will let you cancel or change if there is a clear error. My order is now going to the wrong country, 130 km away. What a disastrous company! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Não recomendo. Pedi a devolução de alguma mercadoria; marcaram dia para recolha, não apareceram. Informei por email, tal facto mas nunca mais dão resposta.

Hello, just a word about the cursomer service: as usual with those companies as long as everything goes right, then no problem but as soon as you need the customer service, you discover the incompetence and lying ways of trying to screw you, and no one cares ! I got a tree for my cat and it was under warranty when a problem arose with it. I called them explaining what happened (some screws just fell inside the trunks keeping me from screwing them together and I only unscrewed them ONCE when it happened) and they said the article had 2 years warranty. Then nothing happened so I called them again and they started telling me that they couldn't do a thing because it was not under warranty anymore, even though one of their people told me otherwise a few days ago. Then they sent me emails trying to tell me I should do this or that to make my tree in one piece again. All in all, it took me a month for them to send a new one. But they started telling me it was NOT under warranty and that they could do nothing ! This is a fraud and I will NEVER buy anything from them again, ever... I have other episodes after that that I will spare you so yeah not ever again for me. A quick one ? Okay. I order food for my cat, I pay, one day later I receive an email saying that "for some exceptional reasons" they had to remove half of my order. I then tried to cancel it, it was already sent, same shipping fees even though half of my order was now missing: no one asked if I wanted to maybe cancel it or anything. They simply made me pay half of my order with the same shipping fees and when I told them by email that this was unacceptable, they replied that they transmitted my complain to the appropriate department. I've never heard of them since. Here you go. You'd better find respectful people to buy your cat food from, my two cents. Do what you will !

Had my parcel send to my works address and the business closes at 5pm. The Yodel driver called and I explained the I was at home and they would need to come back the next day. The driver left my parcel, so when I arrived the next day, no card, no parcel, an email came through that the parcel had been left. I contacted Zooplus immediately and was informed I had to complete a yodel disclaimer form. This paperwork has been back and fort over the last few weeks, items have not been replaced or refund, making me feel that I caused the problem. Would never recommend this company. Poor customer service, parcel still missing, no refund or replacement, I am now going through the bank for a refund. AVOID at all costs!!!!

I had bought extra 12kg bags of low fat dry dog food for my large dog because of covid-19 and Brexit, unfortunately my dog has died of pancreatitis and Zooplus has agreed to take back the last five bags and refund me. That is what you call customer service. I have bought different items from them and would recommend them
