“Everything was simple and the guys at A-plan were happy to talk and explain different aspects of our cover. But what was really important was I actually got to speak to a person and not someone sounding like they were just reading a script. I'm only holding off on the 5th star, as I'm reserving that because the real proof in the pudding would be how well the guys help me deal with a claim. Of course, though that's a star I hope I never have reason to award.”

“Up until now I've been with A-plan a lot of years and never had a propblem.. Helpful staff everytime I rang up but unfortunately this time you couldn't match or beat another quote I got from another company.. I will always ring up to see if can match the following year and in the future may return”

“I found my previous insure difficult to deal with when doing the agreed value part of my policy. When dealing with A-Plan, they listened to all my needs and matched these to a policy for me. I submitted my photographs for the my agreed value and it was approved the next day, there was no drama about it. The premium was a little more expensive than my previous insurer's renewal quote, but price is not everything where I am concerned. I prefer to know I have adequate cover for my classic vehicle.”
