“I took out a policy with Aplan because they mailed me with a good price and an offer of £50 M&S Vouchers. I was dealt with well and courteously but was then refused £50 in vouchers and offered £25 instead. I felt this decision was founded on misleading small print and stuck to my guns. The operative spoke with his Manager and it was agreed I would have the correct amount. So I am quite happy! Shame I had to be so firm, and I feel others may not so put this right APlan!!!”
