“I asked for a quote for house insurance to be paid by direct debit and I do not do business on line .I received a quote to be paid up front and for D/Dpayment take out a loan at extra cost and pestered by some loan company to arrange on line .Not acceptable”

“Staff always helpful finding me a good deal. Even without a prior appointment I have popped in and someone has been available. Have recently been advised by John Crossley and another colleague , again most helpful, when Mr Crossley was off work that day. Sorry haven't noted his name, but that can be checked by someone!”
