“Yes very happy with service , but the only thing I didn't like is the amount of checks you had to do.i do know you have to do this , but it makes me feel that I am a fraud.i insured a car last year and had to show nothing but my no claims bonus.this car is worth £98000 plus ,but no way near the amount of paper work just to cover a van!”

“I bought house insurance but had received no details - not even the policy number. I chased that up and asked for the policy wording. I was told an internet link would be sent to me - nothing came. I phoned again and was told the policy wording would be sent to. So far, I have received nothing. I also took out holiday home insurance - everything went well with that. I would only recommend A plan for holiday home insurance.”
