“New customer few months ago all ok could bring my house insurance to A plan”

“Over all very good service. The man that I dealt with was very good. The only negative thing was the promise of the m&s vouchers if they didn't beat your quote. Was told I needed to tell them first which I felt defeated the object, then they forgot to send them so had to re ring them.”

“I went into A-Plan insurance to make an enquiry, the staff were friendly and helpful and I found the experience of being able to discuss insurance cover that I needed reassuring and a competitively priced. The face to face contact does give confidence.”

“Telephone contact and details of quote were good. However in subsequent contact my name was misspelt as Tophill. I did phone your office to rectify but I have been unable to access details in vault. I suspect because my name has not been amended there.”

“The guy that sold me the Landlord's Insurance was very keen and called me loads of times. I said if he matched the quote I had already received he could have my money but not to phone until the week it was due. He kept his word so the deal was made.”
