“Pleased with A plan insurance , very friendly , only down side was it was £16 more expensive than my last insurance , disappointing as I was tiring to get cheaper this year , but thought I would give them a try .”

“I came in 3 weeks before my renewal as requested, I said I would have the policy offered to me. I then came in a week before the policy was due as I was fed up with phone calls reminding me, I drive a lot during my job and do not want to have to keep stopping to check my phone.”

“Absolute first class service from Chris Beane at the branch. Tried to get a P.I. quote from the department at head office. They are an absolute mess and have gone elsewhere for this.”

“Professionally keen to help and not over-pushy though we all recognise staff in such a business are on commission. Certain minor points frustrating: - having emailed documents as part of the initial telephone call I was told I did not need to bring anything further into the A-Plan office when I went in to go through the formal quote process, but when I got there I was asked for additional details for which I had to make a special journey. - I was promised vouchers as part of a recommendations incentive - I had to chase these. - when the vouchers came, enclosed were several business cards of a member of the team I had not met or spoken to. Nothing major but in a competitive market place the small things can make all the difference.”

“Overall good service (except for a new member of staff, who did not really know the system). Found reasonable quotes, even for not the average insurance. Good when follow up queries occured”
