“Good, helpful service. Can't rate as 'very good' as I had to chase for the necessary documents. Probably an oversight, but annoying for me. Would recommend and use again, however.”

“While the insuring of my vehicle went relatively smoothly, I requested the insurance to start from 29th April. However, when the documentation was completed, I read it to check and discovered all was correct except for a starting time of 1335 hours on 29th April. So I was not insured for the morning plus 2 hours of 29th, and had to plan my day accordingly so that I did not drive until 1335 hours. Why was this? A strange time to start, and the time of the day for the insurance was never discussed with me.”

“Very useful to have someone do the work for me but then I see the £25 charge for a £50 premium and wonder. Might reconsider using you for renewing some insurances if I find myself with time on my hands.”
