Have never made a claim. Only used your company because I had to to secure rental property.

I'm unlikely to go with A-Plan Insurance again as I've never come across a firm so intent on the big sell. Very off-putting.

Sorry to say a couple of mistakes were made in our policy right at the beginning so I was a bit reluctant to stay or go back to Sainsbury Insurance, we did enjoy the M&S vouchers but the few mistakes did put me off quite a bit.

Having been involved in no fault accident, the legal protection I took out did not seem interested in dealing with my problem because the other driver was French. I am still waiting after six months for the issue to be resolved and in the mean time I am having to pay extra to insure another vehicle due to having the accident on my record.

All is sorted now but thirst oily that was issue went to the wrong address. The neighbor brought it to me after he had opened it and seen all the particulars. I was not please .

Having agreed to insure with you it took over a week for my card to be activated. I had to telephone just to make sure everything was OK. Received confirmation day before start. There was a minor error on the proposal forms of both my wife and I

Been with A-Plan since 2008 and had excellent service first at Poole and then Fareham. Staff have been efficient and courteous and this policy (Honda Jazz) went through with the usual service. However the rating which would have been 'Very Good' could well have slipped to poor as the subsequent renewal quotes (take it or leave it!) for house and other car were higher than most on-line. So we are no longer with A-Plan except for the Jazz and it's likely we'll move that away next year now.

There seemed to be a bit of confusion in the A Plan office as I had a call from one consultant asking me about arranging my insurance when I had already done this with another consultant.

Found the company by a letter sent in the post to my address. Gave them a ring and took out a policy they found a cheaper cover for me, so took out insurance with them. That went well , but have not received £50 Marks& Spencer vouchers which were promised when I took the policy out. rang several times but have not received them

the problem I have with your company is on 2 occasions you were to phone me to set up new policy I ended up chasing your company to get policy in place!

My insurance will be coming up for renewal and I hope I will be receiving communication soon, in order to give me enough to sum up my options. I think the £25 admin fee is beyond ridiculous, when updating your details.

All was going well following my shunt, but the garage that carried out the repairs, messed me around, costing me 2 working days. I ended up disappointed.
