UNHAPPY! We regret that my husband's unfortunate change of circumstance cost us so much in extra premium. We feel this was excessive and we will have to bear this in mind when we potentially renew any future insurance.

Good clear support. But I have still not received my M&S voucher which was part of the price of the deal.

Didn't as quote was higher than the insurance I was with but the ease of personal service won through against renewing via computer

My husband and i have been with a plan for a few years. After speaking to a broker to see if I had the best deal I paid for my insurance. My husband was assured his was the best deal also. He managed to find his own quote and extras a lot cheaper. So, I will not be using A plan again for car insurance and will be enquiring elsewhere for home insurance too.

After the policy being in force for almost 7 weeks . I am still waiting for my £50 in marks and spencers vouchers for becoming a new customer, after two phone calls to the Farnborough office and promises to call me back on this matter which has never happened I feel your customer service is letting you down. Hope this matter can be resolved soon and perhaps someone would please get back to me and let me know why there is still a delay. Thank You. Mr P. Webber.

I have received some paperwork in exchange for money. Whether it will be any good to me remains to be seen in the event of my making a claim.

I got the contents insurance I asked for but why did i have to answer all the questions which I had answered about six weeks before. Seems a sheer waste of time. All they had to ask was had anything changed in that time as my answers should hsve been on computer. Peter Moss.

Add the end of a very long discussion, the policy did not really end up much cheaper than my current supplier. I was also told that as my husband has his policy with A Plan, I would be entitled to some vouchers as a recommendation. These have never arrived.

All good but I was told I would be sent a referral fee for someone that I referred and took out a policy. It never recieved it even after asking therefore am unlikely to refer again.

When I received my insurance documents there was a couple of things wrong .I phoned for them to be corrected and expected new documentation with the correct information but it was not sent. I have just bought a new car and changed my insurance with a different broker.

I have had home and car insurance through a-plan for a number of years. Whenever I get a renewal price through, particularly for my car, it always seems very steep. The team at a-plan are always able to get it down, last year by £150, but if you don't shop around you will end up paying over the odds, in my opinion

I would have rated higher but the reason I took out the policy with A Plan and did not organise it myself is because I was told that I would receive £25 M&S vouchers - so far this has not materialised!!

The price of the policy and the service in Bromley was very good however. The administration on the finance end was woeful! It was only after my prompting that, the payments were set up properly. With no explanation why the service was not followed through.

Luckilyfor myself I have not had to use your insurance as yet but there is always a first if something goes wrong. It is nice to know we are in safe hands.
