“My husband and I called at the chester office as both car insurances were coming up and the buildings/contents later in the year. The car insurance was handled very efficiently by the chester branch. However, as we are a small holding, the other insurance was forwarded to HQ - that was a couple of months ago and we are still waiting a response.”

“Good information got the best deal available on 2 cars albeit it wasn't like Admirals 2 car cover but in fact worked out cheaper than Admiral so happy. Will look at Contents & Buildings next year also.”

“No matter who I speak to across 2 offices I deal with (Eastleigh & Bath) I always get great service, helpful comment and feel confident that I receive the best deals and most importantly the best value for the premiums I pay. I have over the past few years moved all my insurance policies (cars, business, life, home) to A-Plan as has my son, wife, my brother and his wife. My original office in Eastleigh, Hampshire still serves most of my needs even though I have moved area several times. Most recently Gabriel has been dealing with my requirements and he is clear, confident, listens well and offers what I believe to be his best without prejudice or bias.
