“Made a phone to enquire about insurance for my car, found the man I spoke to very helpful. Also it is good to be able to walk into the office in Chester and deal with a very helpful human being instead of an automated voice telling me to press certain buttons. A photo copy of my no claims was taken, so no having to post things off. And Marks and Spencer vouchers arrived as promised without me having to chase them up. An excellent all round experience, well done to the staff in the Chester office. Regards Mrs G Coyne.”

“Ben Rawlings at your Chichester branch has provided first class customer service, he has been unfailingly polite and helpful and really 'knows his stuff.' Using A Plan instead of our previous broker has saved us significant sums of money whilst using reputable insurers. As a result of the service provided by Ben we have now moved all our insurances over to A Plan - two buildings and contents (including high value items), motor plus three lots of travel insurance. Please pass on our formal thanks to Ben.”

“We approached A-Plan for the first time to gain quotes for house and car insurance. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and finally producing very good favourable quotes. We accepted the house insurance, but as the car insurance was due a little later, we missed the transition date due to being away on hols. But will switch next year. Thank you again for excellent service”
