“I found the whole experience very quick and efficient, the person I spoke to was very friendly, and whilst he was loading up the computer and in between input, he was quite Chatty, and helped me come to a decision on which particular policy would be best suited for my needs. I have been recommending your Company ever since.”

“I have used A-Plan for my car insurance for about 15 years. I like to be able to go to a local office and speak directly to people. I know that I can contact them when I need them. I always find the staff helpful, taking the trouble to discuss options and answer any questions I have. I also find the quotes given, whilst not always quite the cheapest, are good compared with other brokers, even those using an on-line service I feel confidence in dealing with A-Plan.”

“I recently took out car insurance with Aplan and when I moved home recently, when back to them for home insurance. They gave me a good quote so I now have both my car and home nsurance with Aplan. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable.”

“Very efficient and honest service. Explained where they felt they could be of service and halved my home insurance with better cover. For my car they were not confident and gave advice on where we might find the right cover much cheaper.”

“The Insurance change from existing Insurer to A PLAN was conducted over the phone in a simple manner to my entire satisfaction and with a 40% saving in the premium with a Cover comparable to the replaced existing cover. The Full payment in advance was also conducted in as easy a manner as the new Insurance arrangements. And this deserves the TOP Very Good rating given in my Insurance arrangements.”
