“(AMENDED) Have used A-Plan in the past and always found them to be friendly, efficient and able to seek out and advice on the best plan, even though it may not be the cheapest. I have found the staff to be readily accommodating. Dean is the broker I usually deal with. (AMENDED. Please disregard previous survey)”

“Due to a misunderstanding, I found myself being charged an administration fee that I did not recognise. As a gesture of good faith A Plan refunded me this fee. Good service. Well done.”

“I was disappointed by a huge increase in my Saga insurance premium for my house insurance and car insurance. My daughter-in-law recommended that I came to your office in Taunton and I was so pleased to find such helpful and informative staff who steered me to several different insurance providers, saving me £100 on my house insurance and £200 on my car insurance.”
